Aldi deserves the world. We all know this. For decades it has been a grocery oasis for budget conscious shoppers, but could it be possible that Aldi deserves more credit? More than the world? After writing this list of the best cheap booze at Aldi, I honestly think so. They never fail to come through with not only low prices, but fun, curated, slightly oddball products that will make both you and your wallet completely overjoyed. I mean seriously, as if having a large collection of boozy drinks under $10 wasn’t enough, the drinks are unique, seasonal, and fresh. Without further ado, here is the most exciting new booze under $10 at Aldi.
- Resting Brunch Face Mango Cocktail ($5.99)
-
Resting Brunch Face. Let that sink in. If you are someone who enjoys mimosas that are 99% champagne, 1% juice, I predict that this premade Mango Mimosa is not for you. From the rather bright-orange looks of it, I think this one is for all the sweet-toothed brunchers out there looking for a simple, no-fuss morning cocktail.
- Locken’s Tropical Pineapple Kolsch ($7.99)
-
I won’t lie to you, I was today years old when I found out what kolsch beer is. That said, I’m interested. I phoned a beer friend (a good friend to have) and they said kolsch beer is light, hoppy, and bright. I’m no expert, but I feel like that profile plus some pineapple flavor is gonna be a great summer brew.
- Belluccini Apperitivo Spritz ($6.99)
-
A ready-to-drink Aperol-ish Spritz? Yes, please. Add to cart. I will say the bottle of this Belluccini Apperitivo Spritz describes it as a “ready to serve wine cocktail”, so I don’t know if there will be bubbles like a typical spritz. Although, if it’s a good dupe for an Aperol Spritz flavor-wise and I don’t have to measure things to make it, this may be my new summer drink. Did I mention it’s only $6.99?
- Field Craft Mango and Dragon Fruit Hard Seltzer ($8.99)
-
These hard seltzers are 9% and “extra-fruited.” Need I say more? Yes? Okay, fine. The Field Craft Mango and Dragon Fruit Hard Seltzers are 20% fruit juice, 9% alcohol, and 71% sunshine and happiness, or so I expect. Considering how strong the fruit flavors of hard seltzers tend to be, I can only imagine that this “extra-fruited” variety will exist in a league of its own. I can’t wait to find out.
- Wernesgrüner Lemon Radler ($5.99)
-
These Wernesgrüner Lemon Radlers are the ultimate thirst-quenching spring-summer booze option. I imagine fishing around for one of these lemonade-beer concoctions in an oversized ice chest at the lake, cracking one open, and feeling like maybe, just maybe, I will be able to get through spending the rest of the day outside despite the sweltering heat and lingering mosquitoes. And that’s what it’s all about.
- Limeveza Lime Lager ($7.99)
-
First off, the Limeveza Lime Lager gets points for having a nicely designed can. For a beer can, it’s quite playful and fun, which I appreciate. You know what else is playful and fun? A cold beer with lime. Better yet, a cold beer that’s already been infused with citrusy flavor—no fresh fruit needed.
- Wicked Grove Blueberry Hard Cider ($8.99)
-
Blueberry seltzer this, blueberry seltzer that. Blueberry seltzers, whether alcoholic or not, are a toss up at best. Some are bright and fresh, while others lack depth and taste like nothing, certainly not like blueberries. But have you ever heard of blueberry hard cider?! Now you have! Wicked Grove Blueberry Hard Cider is potentially the most exciting new release at Aldi, and it’s limited edition, so grab it while you can.
