Images of the new cans were recently spotted in an industry database ahead of Bloom’s expected reveal at this year’s NACS Expo. The drinks are expected to come in 12-ounce cans, although Bloom has not announced an official release date yet.
Three New Flavors On The Way
Bloom is introducing three new energy drinks, and they are Lemon Freezie, Cotton Candy, and Strawberry Shortie.
Lemon Freezie sounds like the refreshing pick of the bunch. The name brings to mind those icy lemon treats that are perfect for cooling down on a hot day. It could be a bright and tangy option for Bloom fans who prefer fruity flavors.
Then there is Cotton Candy, which is about as fair-inspired as a flavor can get. Cotton candy is a state fair classic, so this one could deliver a sweet, sugary taste in Bloom’s sparkling energy drink format.
Strawberry Shortie is the dessert-inspired option.
Bloom has not shared official tasting notes for the three drinks yet, so the exact flavors are still under wraps. So for now, we are just going by what the names suggest.
Bloom Loves A Fun Flavor
These three new drinks also fit Bloom’s growing love for playful flavors. Bloom has also used seasonal flavors to keep the lineup fresh. Bloom CEO Greg LaVecchia previously told BevNET that Crisp Apple became the brand’s best-selling flavor after its seasonal launch.
So, Bloom has been adding more flavors this year. It introduced smaller 8-ounce cans with 100mg of caffeine in flavors such as Strawberry Watermelon and Raspberry Lemon. It also released Shirley Temple in a 12-ounce can with 180mg of caffeine and 10 calories.
Bloom’s regular Sparkling Energy drinks are zero-sugar, so you can expect the three upcoming flavors to be the same.
When Can Fans Get Them?
The three flavors are expected in spring or summer 2027, but that timing has not been officially confirmed. They are also expected to be sold through Bloom’s retail network, although the company has not announced a complete list of stores carrying them.
The first big reveal is expected at the 2026 NACS Show, which runs from October 7th through October 9th. NACS is a major convenience-store industry event where beverage companies show retailers some of their upcoming products.
So, for now, Bloom fans will have to wait a little longer to find out exactly what these three cans taste like.
