Who doesn’t love a good Buc-ee’s trip? Well, maybe people who have never been to one. If you haven’t had the pleasure, we recommend it―it’s even worth the road trip. They’re wild places that you just have to experience at least once. But this update isn’t focusing completely on Buc-ee’s. They’re just the store that’s going to house a quality brand, Tabañero, which calls Florida home.

The New Tabañero Collab
Tabañero makes hot sauces, taco sauces, BBQ sauces, and drink mixes. And their line of 24 products (with more on the way) are coming to a Buc-ee’s near you. Now what makes them so different? It’s their dedication to real and fresh ingredients. Fresh chilies, lime juice, garlic, spices, and more. Everything fresh. Everything real. All to make great sauce. They want to deliver flavor and quality you’d expect from homemade, without all the effort on your part. ‘Cause let’s be real, making a good hot sauce or BBQ can be time consuming. And that’s if you can easily find the ingredients you want.
This is a big move for the brand and it shows a good projection for these sauces to come nationwide. (I would certainly love if these sauces made it to the Midwest for some taste tests that don’t require shipping 24 bottles of sauce.) The people are speaking and we’re loving what Tabañero is all about. We’ve seen plenty of brands make this shift to clean and natural ingredients (like Takis ending the use of artificial dyes), so it makes sense that a brand that was built on real ingredients is taking off so well.
Coming To A Buc-ee’s Near You
This growth is part of why they’ve been able to innovate their BBQ line. This line is available at limited retailers nationwide as well as Hy-Vee. The collab with Buc-ee’s comes at the perfect time as we see a ton of travel for the Fourth of July and summer. With so many trips, you’re bound to pass a Buc-ee’s. And while you’re trying their fudge and checking out the candy wall, why not try out a new hot sauce or BBQ sauce.
We checked about Tabañero website and they’re got tons of creative recipes for their sauces, like this delightful sounding recipe for peach bourbon caramel (say less, ordering that sauce now and making it). So they’re not just about the sauce but the creativity that comes with cooking. A brand that knows how to work with their flavors is definitely worth watching. Be sure to check back as we keep an eye on their growth and maybe roll out some taste tests.
