Buldak’s Coachella Collabs Include Prince St. Pizza, Sumo Dog, and More

My god, everything moves so quickly, doesn’t it? We’ve literally just gotten out of winter, and now, it’s Coachella season. And that means that it’s also brand season, baby. The music festival is now practically synonymous with brand activations and promotional tie-ins that are completely unrelated to the acts playing, and each year, they all duke it out to see who can have the most dominance.

This April, Buldak is making a strong play to be top dog. Coachella 2026 will feature a lot of collabs involving the ramen brand, and we’ve got them all here.

Buldak’s Coachella Collabs

Buldak will be collaborating with five key food partners this year to create bespoke menu items for the attendees of Coachella to duly burn their mouths on. The partners are:

  • Prince St. Pizza: Buldak will be working with the pizzeria to create a Spicy Buldak Not Ranch Slice, which will feature its signature flavors alongside Prince St.’s famous creamy garlic ranch alternative.
  • Rokstar Chicken: You can expect two items from Buldak x Rokstar here, World’s Spiciest Buldak Tenders and Honey Butter Fries.
  • Sumo Dog: Ready for the Buldak Hotzilla Dog and a side of Buldak Sumo Tots? It’s all for the taking in this collab with Sumo Dog.
  • Birrieria San Marcos: Buldak is teaming up with the Cali-based birrieria here to make its Buldak Bomb, which we can only hope involves a lot of juice. This one also builds on the brand’s previous Birria Buldak, which people have been big fans of. 
  • Sidekicks: A sweet and spicy move from Buldak and Sidekicks here, who are churning out their Buldak Spicy Banana Funnel Cake to the hungry masses. This one has the potential to go either way. Spice and banana? Not exactly a match made in heaven. 

As Buldak said in a press release shared with Sporked, “Each partner offers a distinct interpretation of Buldak’s bold, spicy profile — delivering diverse and harmonious pairings across a variety of food formats and giving fans new, must-try ways to experience the brand beyond the bowl.” They’ve certainly gone beyond the bowl with these. 

And How Is Buldak Going to Be Making These Collabs Even More Special?

Well, I’m very glad you asked. Buldak is delivering these collabs through the form of a “Buldak Crawl,” a heat challenge through which customers can presumably try all of these new items, which will deliver increasing levels of spice. The brand hasn’t indicated which items are the spiciest, but we’ve got our eyes on that Buldak Bomb.

These collaborations also reflect Buldak’s continuing association with Coachella, and its frankly supercharged growth in the last couple of years, which has seen it release everything from potato chips to sweet and sour chicken with Panda Express. “Our return as the Official Ramen and Hot Sauce Partner of the 2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival reflects the continued growth of Buldak as a brand that connects food, culture, and community,” said Youngsik Shin, Regional Director. “This year, we are focused on creating inclusive, flavor-first experiences that invite fans to discover, share, and engage with Buldak in ways that feel natural to the spirit of festival week.”
