Get ready to be seduced by four words: Chobani Cookie Butter Creamer. Oh yeah, take it in. This new, limited-edition holiday creamer by Chobani is inspired by cookie butter, one of the only known substances capable of producing instant, unadulterated joy in humans everywhere regardless of age, gender, and nationality, according to science. And you can’t argue with science.

Cookie butter coffee creamer is a wild fantasy of mine. I’m privileged, nay, thrilled, to try it and share my thoughts with the world.

Chobani Cookie Butter Coffee Creamer

Pros: Right off the bat, this creamer smells like a new jar of cookie butter, capturing that crumbly, clove-y Biscoff cookie pretty perfectly…and luckily, the flavor follows suit. Even in coffee, you can taste that warm cookie butter coziness right up front, no searching needed. Chobani also uses real milk and cream for this creamer, too—no oils or gums, so the texture is lovely.

Cons: I wish the spices were bolder, but that might be a personal preference. Also, there’s a very slight artificial finish on this that will mix poorly with some brands of coffee… which I know, because I tried it with different ground coffees, and the flavor seemed to blend beautifully with medium roasts and sour a little with dark roasts. Don’t ask me why; that’s some serious food science beyond my scope. But if you’re trying this for the first time and detecting a strange aftertaste, try switching your coffee.

Verdict: This is a cozy holiday creation that cookie butter lovers (aka, every person on planet Earth, whether you know it or not) should try stat.

Howdy! I’m a Sporked writer based in L.A., and you can find me overstaying my welcome at just about any coffee shop with free wifi, no matter the speed. Sadly, I can never move back to my home state, Florida, because even if the seafood is totally unmatched, there aren’t enough Mediterranean or Korean restaurants to keep me sane.
