Costco And Uber Eats Just Teamed Up On A Ton Of Deals

Uber Eats and Costco just announced they’re giving everyone an early Christmas present. Or rather, they’re giving you an easy way to get your Christmas presents? More on that later. For now, we have to talk about what just happened.

After first teaming up in 2024, Uber is taking its Costco partnership nationwide, bringing delivery through Uber Eats to millions more customers across all 47 states where Costco operates―that’s up from the only 17 states they were delivering in the last time this happened. Costco delivery on Uber Eats will now be available from nearly 600 Costco locations in total!

Anything You Want, Straight To Your Door

Yes, you will soon be able to get a Costco rotisserie chicken delivered right to your door! Actually you can get a whole lot more than that Costco’s full inventory of items is now available for delivery through Uber Eats. Well, it’s still yet to be determined if that includes the $1.50 hot dog combo so we’ll have to do some testing for ourselves on that front.

A Slew of Promos To Take Advantage Of

To celebrate this expansion, shoppers can get 20% off their first 3 $60+ Costco orders on Uber Eats, up to $25 off each (see your Uber Eats app for details), and offering additional benefits for Costco members, including:

Discounted Uber gift cards: For a limited time, Uber / Uber Eats gift cards will be available at participating Costco locations and on Costco.com at a price of $79.99 for $100 of value. This is an actual steal that you need to stock up on! I was buying them every time I went for a visit the last time they did this and I already ran out of gift cards so I’ll be making a few extra trips (you can only get two $100 packs in a single transaction).

Uber One membership savings: Eligible Costco members can receive 50% off an annual Uber One membership for the first year, followed by 20% off in subsequent years.

Costco memberships through Uber Eats: For a limited time, consumers can purchase a Costco membership directly through Uber Eats and receive 30% off their first eligible Costco order.

Of course we can’t just be handing out the Costco goods to any commoner! You will have to add your Costco membership account at checkout when trying to order through Uber Eats. However, if you happen to be both a Costco and Uber One member, you’ll be able to enjoy no Uber fees on eligible grocery and retail orders of $60!
