It feels like Crumbl is trying to make us all feel a little better about filing our taxes with this week’s line-up of limited edition Crumbl cookies. There are some real winners on the menu. They didn’t just slap on some colorful frosting or sprinkle in some M&M’s. Crumbl is going for it this week. Read on and you’ll see what I mean. Here’s all of the new Crumbl cookies this week.

Confetti Cake Batter Cheesecake

Starting things off with a bang, the first limited edition weekly “cookie” on our list is actually cake. Actually, it’s kind of like two cakes? It’s cake-flavored cake, at the very least. You get a chilled cake batter cheesecake round studded with sprinkles, all on top of a crust, topped with whipped cream and more sprinkles.

Cookies & Cream Milkshake Cookie ft. Mini Oreo

See what I mean? Crumbl isn’t playing around. This chilled cookie is flavored to taste like a cookies and cream milkshake. It’s stuffed with Oreo cookie pieces, topped with vanilla buttercream (which contains even more Oreo pieces), and finished with a Mini Oreo cookie.

Sugar Cookie ft. Mother’s Circus Animal

Nothing helps make you feel better about the huge, extremely adult responsibility of taxes like a cookie that is a pure tidal wave of nostalgia. Remember those frosted little animal cookies with the round rainbow sprinkles? They’re called Mother’s Circus Animal cookies and they are pure childhood. You can find one of them atop this warm sugar cookie, along with white icing and more rainbow sprinkles.

S’mores Cookie Thins

This week’s Thins Thursday cookies? S’mores! You get two thin but chewy graham cookies that contain marshmallow and are topped with a drizzle of milk chocolate.

Chocolate Cupcake Cookie

Okay, this one’s pretty basic. It’s a warm vanilla sugar cookie, topped with fudge frosting and chocolate sprinkles. They can’t all be sense memories wrapped up in cookie dough. Still sounds pretty darn good.

About the Author

Justine Sterling

Hi! I’m the editor-in-chief of Sporked. I will never turn down a fresh-shucked oyster but I’ll also leap at whatever new product Reese’s releases and I love a Tostitos Hint of Lime, even if there is no actual lime in the ingredients. Why you should trust me: I have been writing about food and beverages for well over a decade and am an avid at-home cook and snacker. I began my career writing about fine dining and recipes, moved into cocktails and spirits, and now I talk about groceries. If you can eat it or drink it, I’ve probably written about it. What I buy every week: Trader Joe’s dried okra. Appleton Farms prosciutto from Aldi. Some sort of Trader Joe’s cheese (I’m into the aged gouda at the moment). Frozen waffles (usually the Eggo Cinnamon Toast Minis). Spindrift water (loving the Cosmopolitan right now). Favorite ranking: Smoked salmon. Imagine me as Scrooge McDuck but instead of coins I’m diving into a vault of slippery smoked salmon slices. Pure joy. I also found some real steals in that taste test! Least favorite ranking: Canned oysters. I had such high hopes for this but it quickly became a chore. The kitchen smelled like an uncleaned aquarium.
