Today, we’re tasting a candy from my childhood that has returned for the first time in 20 years: the White Crunch Bar! Ferrero (producer of Crunch Bars) originally announced the epic return of this fan favorite bar at the Sweets & Snacks Expo earlier this year, but there were no samples to try at the event. I’ve been eagerly awaiting the opportunity to taste one of my favorite childhood candy bars once again to see if the nostalgia and hype holds up. Thankfully, our friends at Ferrero have provided me with a few bars so it’s time to do just that!

White Crunch Bar!

Crunch White Bar Review

Pros: I’m about to drop what I expect to be one of the hottest takes I’ve ever written on Sporked (and that’s saying a lot considering Griffin is still hounding me about my Alani Pumpkin Cream review). White chocolate works better in a crunch bar than milk chocolate. Maybe it’s my inner child talking, but Ferrero has perfectly recreated the candy bar that I fell in love with nearly 20 years ago. The white chocolate and crispy rice pieces combine to create one of the most satisfying candy bar eating experiences.

Cons: It’s white chocolate, so you’re either going to love it or hate it. Good as it is, it’s not going to change your mind about white chocolate. Also, why is this bar a limited time only!? Ferrero, don’t let the nostalgia wave end!

Verdict: If you’re a fan of white chocolate candy, this is one of the best white chocolate candy offerings on the market and you should absolutely seek it out before it’s gone again!
