Disneyland really puts other theme parks to shame when it comes to the sheer amount of effort they put into the food they offer. Their efforts culminate in the yearly (and highly anticipated) Disneyland Food & Wine Fest. It’s a chance for food lovers to head to California Adventure and bounce between the food stands Disney puts up just for the festival (and the rides, of course). With so many options to choose from, it takes careful consideration to pick out the best.

I pounded the pavement on a recent visit to Disneyland—and scoured the internet—to find the must-eat dishes at Disneyland’s Food & Wine Fest 2026.
Ramen Mac & Cheese
I won’t lie, this one is divisive. But if you love it, you really love it. Cheesy macaroni noodles are covered with a furikake crumble, fish cakes, green onions, and chile crunch on the side, so you can get it as spicy as you’d like.
Gigabyte Grilled Cheese
Lactose intolerant readers, it’s probably best to just skip this one entirely. Even reading the description might give you a stomach ache. This grilled cheese is made with parmesan-crusted sourdough, with a spinach and artichoke filling, and served with potato bites.
Bulgogi Bowl
In this bowl you get bulgogi beef and gochugaru-marinated cucumbers over a serving of rice garnished with spicy mayo, crispy shallots, and sprinkled with sesame seeds. Disney puts solid effort into making sure that they feature flavors from all across the globe, and it really shows with this dish.
Sirloin Gruyère Mac & Cheese
This one’s worth getting simply because it’s a theme park food that doesn’t skimp on the meat! A rarity these days. A bed of macaroni is topped with black garlic chimichurri, garlic butter crunch, and a few Fresno chile slices as a garnish. Unsurprisingly, you’ll find this at the Garlic Kissed stand.
Frozen Banoffee Banana
It didn’t feel right to end things without getting a sweet little treat into the mix. And boy did they get some sweetness into this one. Disney took a frozen banana, dipped it in milk chocolate, and just smothered it in caramel sauce, white chocolate drizzle, and piled on the toffee pieces.
Cherry Cola Cold Brew
This one isn’t a bite, but I don’t discriminate against sips given that Disney’s always cooking up some kind of new cold brew at their park. People are going bonkers for their latest offering during the Food & Wine Fest. This bev is made with cold brew, oat milk, vanilla creme, cherry syrup, and topped with a cherry cola cold foam. They truly nailed this one!
