I don’t know about you, but I love ice cream. There’s something about this sweet treat that just awakens my taste buds and just keeps me coming back for more. Normally, I’m all for a creamy pint like Tillamook or Jeni’s, however, sometimes I don’t want to have 1,000+ calories in one sitting. That’s where Halo Top comes in. For the longest time, I didn’t love Halo Top, however, in recent years that brand has grown on me with their new flavors and mix-ins.

Speaking of new flavors, Halo Top just added two new flavors to its roster for the first time in two years. And no, it’s not Dubai chocolate (although that would be absolutely incredible).
Halo Top Adds Two New Flavors To Its Lineup
For the first time in over two years, Halo Top has added two new flavors to its lineup: Salted Caramel Almond and Mint Chocolate Cookie.
Here’s a bit more on what you can expect in the new pints:
- Salted Caramel Almond: Brown butter-flavored light ice cream with salted caramel swirls and praline almonds. (Caramel + nuts = perfection.)
- Mint Chocolate Cookie: Mint light ice cream with fudge swirls and chunks of chocolate sandwich cookie. Light, refreshing and chocolatey—just how we like it.
The best part? They are only 490 calories for the entire pint—so essentially, you can eat a whole pint for under 500 calories compared to other brands that are over 1,200 in some cases. Now, when you’re eating ice cream, you’re probably not concerned about counting calories. But just in case, it’s always good to keep in the back of your mind.
Where To Get Them
Want to get a taste of Halo Top’s newest flavors? Well, they are already beginning to roll out at select Food Lion, H-E-B and Hy-Vee locations for $5.99. Compared to other brands, $5.99 for a pint is quite a steal. Heck, you might as well buy two or three to stock in your freezer for when those late night ice cream cravings enter the picture. Trust me, we’ve all been there when you’re craving ice cream, but open your freezer to find it empty—the worst feeling.
They will be available in more locations in early 2027 so you’ll want to keep your eyes peeled in the freezer aisle when the new year begins if you can’t find them right now.
