Yet another Monday has crept up on us again and, with it, Crumbl’s cookie menu is out with the old and in with the new. The new menu theme for this week is everyone’s favorite treats to munch on at a good ol’ American diner. The menu spans everything from ice cream sundaes to pie, so we’ve got a lot of ground to cover when breaking down all these cookies. So, without further ado, here’s everything on Crumbl’s menu this week.

A New Menu Lineup
Brownie Sundae ― Crumbl, at this point, has made it perfectly clear that they don’t feel confined by the “cookie” label in their name. So, they’re starting off their menu this week with a brownie, of course. It’s supposedly crisp on the outside and ooey-gooey in the middle with a scoop of vanilla bean mousse on top. The mousse is coating with warm fudge, sprinkles, and a maraschino cherry, making it unmistakably reminiscent of the ice cream-based treat.
Rainbow Shake Cookie ― There are few scenes more fitting to have a milkshake at than a diner, and Crumbl has combined that diner classic with inspiration from the beloved McDonald’s rendition, the M&Ms McFlurry, for this cookie apparently. The Rainbow Shake Cookie is a sugar cookie dough absolutely packed full with rainbow Mini M&Ms. The vanilla buttercream swirl on top has more of the candies mixed throughout as well.
Carrot Cake Cookie ― This is probably the cookie we here at Sporked are most excited for this week, especially as we give in slightly to some of the fall festive spirit. But, hey, carrot cake is still one step removed from pumpkin spice, so it must be okay to dabble, right? This spiced carrot cake cookie is topped with rich cream cheese frosting and a crushed pecan garnish. It sounds like the perfect cookie to lead the way into the cozy season ahead.
Mississippi Mud Pie Cookie ― This chilled cookie is served up in the shape of a mini, self-contained pie form. The dark chocolate dough has a coating of graham cracker crumbs baked in and serves as the pie’s crust. Layers of fudge, chocolate mousse, and whipped cream make up the rest of the mud pie filling, and it’s all garnished with a dusting of cocoa powder.
Cinnamon Swirl Bun ― Once again, Crumbl’s here to not make cookies! This time, they’re making… bread? Yup, you read that right. They’re steering clear of any cinnamon roll-inspiration and going in for the real thing. This fluffy vanilla bun is served warm with layers of buttery cinnamon filling swirled throughout. It’s topped with a layer of cinnamon sauce and the classic cream cheese frosting.
Peanut Butter Bar Cookie ― Taking inspiration from a peanut butter bar, this cookie is made with a peanut butter and oatmeal dough. It’s simple topped with a layer of chocolate fudge frosting, because with a flavor combo as perfect as chocolate and peanut butter, there’s no reason to overcomplicate it.
Pink Sugar Cookie ― This is probably Crumbl’s most well-known cookie, and I’d say it’s for good reason. Its iconic baby pink color matches the storefronts and it has a simple delicate flavor. The sweet, tender almond dough is topped with a swoop of baby pink almond frosting. Interestingly, it seems Crumbl is also leaning into only the Pink Sugar Cookie and Chocolate Chip Cookie to serve as their only menu classics for the time being, whereas the Chocolate Brownie Batter and S’mores Cookie used to be maintained week-to-week as well.
Chocolate Chip Cookie ― You can’t have a cookie store without a chocolate cookie on the menu. Crumbl knows that, of course, and even did a recent revamp on their chocolate chip cookie recipe. The new cookie takes a brown sugar cookie dough and mixes through chunks of semi-sweet chocolate as well as milk chocolate chips. Crumbl is ready to serve them to you warm, no matter the time of day.
