For some of us, the Monday blues are hitting a little harder right now with the back-to-school frenzy kicking things into an extra chaotic gear. But hey, nothing makes those blues better quite like a nice cookie to bring some joy into the mundane. And that’s where Crumbl comes in. Each Monday morning, they completely refresh their menu with a new lineup of cookie flavors and formats to keep our weeks a little bit more sweet and interesting.

This week, Crumbl has gone all in on highlighting and celebrating the treats that make the back-to-school season such a joy. From taking inspiration from Cosmic Brownies to a collaboration with Pop-Tarts, Crumbl’s got it all. So let’s break down the full lineup, shall we?
After School Snacking Just Got Sweeter
- After School Brownie — In true Crumbl form, they had to include one treat in their lineup that isn’t even a cookie at all. This brownie pretty clearly takes inspiration from the classic Little Debbie’s Cosmic Brownies of youth and makes it a bit more deluxe. It’s fresh-made and notably larger, but its makeup is largely the same. It’s just a rich chocolate brownie with chocolate fudge icing and rainbow jimmies on top. We can’t wait to dig in.
- Cookies & Cream Cookie — There are few back to school snacks more iconic than Oreos in my opinion and Crumbl’s on my side. This cookie is basically just a deconstructed Oreo that skips the sandwich part. The dough is a cookies and cream cookie dough. After baking, it’s topped with vanilla cream cheese frosting and some extra cookies and cream crumbs for garnish. It’s simple, it’s classic, and it’s sure to go down a hit with any Oreo lover.
- Strawberry Milk Cookie ft. Pirouline® — Some kind of glass of flavored milk is essential for the back-to-school season, and Crumbl delivered with integrating such a staple into this week’s flavors. Through their collaboration with the iconic Pirouline wafer cookies, they’re bringing strawberry milk to the center stage with this cookie. It’s a base of a strawberry streusel cookie shell that’s then filled with a milky strawberry mousse. It’s topped with a little dollop of whipped cream, of course, and a “crunchy Pirouline® wafer straw” for you to “drink” out of.
- Confetti Dunker Cookie — We all remember Dunk-A-Roos, right? I mean, I guess they’re back on shelves now… but for a while they were only whispers in the wind of childhood nostalgia. Crumbl wanted to make this cookie as a no dunking required version, with all the same iconic flavor. It’s a rainbow sprinkle sugar cookie topped dollops of confetti buttercream and a garnish of cookie cake balls.
- Brown Sugar Cinnamon Cookie ft. Pop-Tarts — Naturally, a Pop-Tarts cookie had to be included in this collection. And, per the packet instructions, it has to be served warm. This is a brown sugar cinnamon-stuffed cookie with a brown sugar cream cheese glaze. The cookie itself mirrors the layers of the garnish, which is just some crumbled pieces of the Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop-Tarts themselves.
- Strawberry Kiwi Fruit Pizza Cookie — I think this is a bit of a niche childhood reference, but it’s an exciting addition for the “iykyk” people. The cookie itself is a vanilla sugar cookie rolled in strawberry sugar. It’s topped with a strawberry-kiwi mousse and garnished with two pieces of the fruits themselves.
- Back To School Sugar Cookie — I’ll admit, I didn’t think it was possible for Crumbl to go a week without the classic Pink Sugar Cookie on the menu with it’s iconic delicate almond flavor. But alas, here we are, and Crumbl’s shaking things up. For its sugar cookie of the week Crumbl has gone with this Back To School Sugar Cookie made with a fluffy sugar cookie, a swirl of vanilla frosting, and a garnish of a non-edible back-to-school-themed cookie topper that looks like a little stack of books.
- Chocolate Chip Cookie — I know the chocolate chip cookie isn’t technically one of their themed flavors for the week, but I think it pairs nicely with the back to school lineup anyways. The classic brown sugar cookie dough is mixed with milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chunks before it’s baked and served up warm.
