In case you’re new around here, Crumbl Cookies has built their business model off of an ever-changing cycle of weekly cookie menus. That’s right, every single cookie (apart from a few constants) gets a brand new theme and flavor palette each and every week. Starting on Monday, Crumbl will follow up this week’s Minecraft collaboration with yet another collaborative menu. Only this time it’s with the beloved snack cake company Little Debbie.

This menu takes the most famous and essential snack cakes from Little Debbie’s product lineup and translates them to cookie format under Crumbl’s own company flair. Get ready folks, because this week’s menu has nostalgia written all over—and we’re here for it.
Super Classic Sweets
- Unicorn Cake Cookie — This cookie is based on one of Little Debbie’s newer snack cakes that took on an instant one-of-a-kind status. And, this cookie follows the exact pattern of flavors, textures, and colors as the original. The cookie itself is a strawberry cake cookie with a purple mousse. It’s covered in a white chocolate coating, and there are pastel blue white chocolate squiggles on top for decoration.
- Strawberry Shortcake Roll Cookie — This is perhaps the simplest cookie in the bunch, but that doesn’t mean it’s going to be disappointing. This cookie is simple in its flavor and design, but it represents the original snack cake perfectly. A yellow cookie is topped with a swirl of interwoven creme and strawberry jam toppings.
- Cosmic Brownie Cookie — Is there any Little Debbie snack cake more iconic than a Cosmic Brownie? Okay well, maybe a Twinkie is. But seeing as they aren’t represented in this collaboration this’ll have to do. Regardless, this cookie sounds delicious and nostalgic all the same. Crumbl is making brownie cookies (yum) and coating them with a layer of fudge frosting. And, of course, these cookies are topped with the iconic rainbow candy pieces for all of those accurate childhood memories.
- Oatmeal Creme Pie Cookie — This cookie follows the format of the original oatmeal cream pie, but diverges from the typical Crumbl cookies. Instead, Crumbl makes a cookie sandwich out of their cookie thins to make this more similar to source of inspiration. Two oatmeal cookie thins sandwich a simple sweet cream filling. It’s simple, but sounds like they’ve mimicked the original exceptionally.
- Chocolate Cupcake Cookie — There couldn’t be a Little Debbie collaboration without taking inspiration from the beloved Chocolate Cupcakes, now could there? And, these cookies sound like they aren’t out to disappoint either. For these cookies, Crumbl is making chocolate cake cookies and topping them with a marshmallow whipped cream, chocolate glaze, and those iconic white loops to finish it off.
- Zebra Cake Cookie — Personally, I think Zebra Cakes are amongst the most underrated of the snack cakes. Not only are they impeccably tender and delicate, but the coating makes them feel extra special and elevated, despite being a convenience store snack. For this Crumbl collaboration they’ve made yellow cake cookies, topped them with cream, coated them with white chocolate, and drizzles stripes of dark chocolate on top for that iconic Zebra Cake look.
- Pink Sugar Cookie — And now we’re onto the part of the menu that never changes, and never should. Crumbl’s brand-defining Pink Sugar Cookie is a tender almond sugar cookie with a pale pink almond frosting swooped on top.
- Chocolate Chip Cookie — Crumbl’s new-and-improved chocolate chip cookie is back yet again this week as well. It’s made from a brown sugar cookie dough with milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chunks mixed throughout.
