Say what you will about New York, but the food? The food pretty much cancels out any disparaging opinion you could have about living in the big city. It’s worth the rent. It’s worth the cold. It’s worth the arguments you get into with your boomer relatives over “crime rates” and “property value.” The food is in a different league, people. So when we tell you a beloved West Village bakery has a new dessert you can order only on Gopuff, it’s kind of a big deal.

World, say hello to Magnolia Bakery’s PB&J Banana Pudding. PB&J Banana Pudding, say hello to the world. 

This nostalgic dessert is brand new to the bakery, and right now, you can only find it on Gopuff. It’s a frozen-to-thaw banana pudding with sliced strawberries and a creamy peanut butter swirl. Magnolia Bakery is known for their incredible, downright world-famous banana pudding, and if you don’t believe me, all you need to do is watch this video about their five banana pudding “golden rules” and fall in love with what you’re seeing. Sometimes you can judge a pudding by its cover, and I stand by that.  

What is Magnolia Bakery?

Founded in the West Village in 1996, Magnolia Bakery is famous for its nostalgic desserts, from cupcakes to cookies to the classic banana pudding that have inspired lines out the door and across the street. Nowadays you can find locations in multiple cities, including here in Los Angeles. Their store page on Gopuff also has other treats you can order, like their Black and White Cupcakes, that go in and out of stock.
