You never know what you’re going to find when you walk through Aldi’s automatic sliding glass doors. Lots of bargains, sure, but each and every week, the discount grocery store is also stocking lots of brand-spanking-new products and weird seasonal items you have to pounce on before they disappear. This week—the first week of spring—Aldi has some bangers, like a mac and cheese pizza, potatoes O’Brien you don’t have to chop, and stuffed scallops that look way fancier than what you’ll find at your average discount grocery store. Get your quarters ready; these are the best Aldi finds of the week.

Mama Cozzi’s Macaroni n Cheese or Grilled Cheese Pizza (3/25; $4.49)
People have been freaking out online about the return of Mama Cozzi’s Mac and Cheese pizza, but the Grilled Cheese pie sounds pretty damn good, too. Now all we need is some tomato soup for dunking.
Aldi Seasoned Potatoes O’Brien (3/25; $3.49)
These crispy potatoes with bell peppers and onions come chopped and ready to toss in a skillet for an easy hash without even dirtying a kitchen knife. This frozen aisle breakfast staple probably should have come out last week in time for St. Paddy’s Day, but what can ya do?
Bake Shop Lemon Streusel Cake (3/25; $4.69)
Lemon and streusel are truly two of my favorite things, so I’m biased on this one. Bust this out at brunch or serve it for dessert. There’s really no wrong time to dig into a lemon streusel cake.
Season’s Choice Broccoli or Cauliflower Bake (3/25; $4.99)
Nothing hits like a frozen casserole on a weeknight when you know you should have a veggie with dinner, but the contents of your crisper drawer are past their prime.
Park Street Deli Lemon Pepper or Sweet Honey Chili Hummus (3/25; $1.99)
Lemon pepper seasoning tends to get pigeonholed to chicken wings, but Aldi is mixing things up with this tart, punchy hummus. If citrus-forward hummus isn’t for you, they also have a new sweet honey chili option, too.
Specially Selected Scallops au Gratin (3/25; $5.99)
Is this Aldi or is it Whole Foods?? This is quality! Scallops in a rich Sauvignon Blanc and parmesan cream sauce, topped with premium buttery mashed potatoes, all on frilly little scallop shells. Hello, fancy date night food!
Other stuff to keep an eye out for this month…
Mama Cozzi’s Cheeseburger Flatbread
This has the same energy as the mac and cheese pizza, but in a more bite-size format.
Bremer Mini Corndogs
These are returning to the freezer aisle after a short hiatus. Glad to have them back.
Specially Selected Sourdough Sandwich Rolls
Throw some sandwiches together for a springtime picnic with Aldi’s new sourdough sandwich rolls.
Bake House Creations Spring Cake Pops
A cute, clean dessert to grab for that spring picnic or when you need a quick cake fix but definitely don’t need an entire cake.
Specially Selected Maryland or Boardwalk Style Crab Cakes
Not quite as fancy as the scallops served in their own shells, but still a delightful food to serve your friends.
Casa Mamita Family Size Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas
A little too pricey for my liking when it comes to shopping at Aldi ($15.99), but the box says one tray serves eight people, so the cost-per-stomach price is still pretty low.
