A stop at H Mart will never not be worth it. The Korean-American grocery chain, which has more than 100 locations, is a wonderland of staples like frozen dumplings, stuffed buns, and ramyun, but they’re always getting fun new novelties in stock. (In fact, you should totally be following them on Instagram to keep track of what’s new.) This week, we’re keeping our eyes peeled for new seaweed crackers, mochi cookies, and ice cream shaped like mandarin oranges. Here’s our H Mart haul for the week.

K-Town Bakeshop Seaweed Flavored Crackers

“Seas the flavor.” For the umami lovers out there. Eat these on your own or layer them up with something fun! Perhaps a tinned fish (a hint at what’s to come).

Chung Woo Chewy Potato Mochi Cookies

If you can make pasta out of potatoes then who’s to say you can’t make cookies out of them, too? H Mart had a chewy sweet potato bread go viral a couple years ago, and they’re following it up with these charming cookies.

Dong Won Stir-Fry Curry, Kimchi, and Fiery Hot Tuna

A sea of tuna taking over H Mart! There’s a little something for everyone. Stir-fry seems like the safest option for the skeptics out there. Kimchi surely will deliver the flavor. And fiery is going to get you sweating! Choose wisely.

Aiko Garden Mandarin Ice Cream

No, this isn’t Erewhon! H Mart gets cutesy little orange shaped balls of ice cream and it’s quite a delight. They’re elegant, they’re chic, and they sound divine to boot.

Fish-Shaped Bun Pan

Well, this one’s not a food but it is food related. Admittedly though this is a selfish inclusion because it was the catalyst for my backup plan if/when Trader Joe’s decides to discontinue my favorite treat.
