After doing some digging and heading to Blue Bell’s website, it’s come to my attention that the newest Blue Bell ice cream flavor is Brookie À La Mode. Brownie and cookies? Count me in. There’s already a spoon in my hand.

The flavor is a creamy brown sugar ice cream loaded with chunks of brownies and soft chocolate chip cookie pieces. My mouth is already watering. Who came up with this level of decadence?
