C4 releases new flavors at a, shall we say, explosive pace. Hehe. Get it? Because it’s got the name of an explosive, but it’s actually a drink, but we’re making the comparison between how rapidly an explosive can set off and…oh, you got it. Okay, good.

Back to business, then. The energy drink brand has had a busy 12 months, releasing a new Classic Lemonade flavor (which we didn’t love) and a swicy new Mango Fuego option (that we also didn’t love). Now, @suppwire has reported that a new collaboration with Hawaiian Punch is on its way, which we’re pretty excited about. But will we love that one? Only time will tell. Here’s what we know.
C4 Hawaiian Punch Berry Blue Typhoon
According to @suppwire, C4 Hawaiian Punch Berry Blue Typhoon is on the way – and it’s posted a picture of the can to prove it. This zero-sugar energy drink promises to have the blue raspberry, Jolly Ranchers-esque flavor of Berry Blue Typhoon, and (presumably) the 200 milligrams of caffeine that makes these drinks so effective at powering workouts, or giving you the shakes. However you want to see it.
There’s no word yet on exactly when C4 Hawaiian Punch Berry Blue Typoon will drop, or whether it’ll be a limited-time affair or not. We would imagine the former, to be honest, but you never know. What there is word of is how people are feeling about it. “I’m ready for this one to come out,” said a comment on @suppwire’s post. Clearly, the combination of artificial berry flavors (hey, no hate, they’re delicious) and energizing caffeine hits.
C4: Collab City
Us bringing up Jolly Ranchers above was intentional, given that C4 is no stranger to collabs – and it previously joined forces with the candy brand on a trio of Jolly Rancher-flavored energy drinks. These actually kinda hit: When we taste-tested them back in late 2024, we found the Watermelon Jelly flavor to be a big success, nailing the taste of Watermelon Jolly Ranchers and hopping on the watermelon trend that energy drinks have started to take up. The Green Apple flavor was also a winner.
The worst of the three, though, was its Blue Raspberry option – and so maybe this new collaboration with the venerable Hawaiian Punch will offer a corrective. C4 has toyed with fruit punch flavors in its line-up in the past, but so far, it has yet to release an absolutely incredible punch option. Maybe by teaming up with this brand, which has been around for over 90 years and so has had plenty of time to perfect its deal, it’ll manage to do just that.
