It’s a big day for people who believe that tea and cookies are an endgame level duo. Milano, maker of the best cookies to eat as snacks with hot drinks, is releasing a new tea-flavored cookie and it sounds incredible. Get ready to meet Chai Latte Milano cookies.

What will these new Chai Latte Milano cookies taste like?

According to @CandyHunting on Instagram, these new Milanos will consist of “white chocolate and warm spices like nutmeg, clove, and cardamom.” Per the packaging, they’ll have a flavor of “warm spice and sweetness.” I’m guessing these aren’t going to be super spicy, but instead taste closer to a Starbucks-style chai latte. And that’s just fine with me.

Is this Milano’s first time making a tea-inspired cookie?

This is the second tea-inspired cookie to come from Milano. Previously, Pepperidge Farm released a London Fog Milano, which we adored. Actually, they’re out again right now, too. So you can grab a bag in anticipation of this next tea Milano. Along with the London Fog Milano, the brand has also dabbled in coffee with the Caramel Macchiato Milano.

When can you get new Chai Latte Milano cookies?

Per @CandyHunting, this new Milano flavor will drop in August. But it won’t be around for long. It’s an “Autumn Exclusive” flavor. So don’t wait to snag a bag if you see one.

Where can you find the new Chai Latte Milano cookies?

While they’re only available for a limited time, they’re not exclusive to one store in particular. The cookies will be available nationwide in all manner of stores. In fact, a quick search already shows placeholder pages for the cookies at stores like Publix and Hannaford, as well as Instacart

Justine Sterling

Hi! I’m the editor-in-chief of Sporked. I will never turn down a fresh-shucked oyster but I’ll also leap at whatever new product Reese’s releases and I love a Tostitos Hint of Lime, even if there is no actual lime in the ingredients. Why you should trust me: I have been writing about food and beverages for well over a decade and am an avid at-home cook and snacker. I began my career writing about fine dining and recipes, moved into cocktails and spirits, and now I talk about groceries. If you can eat it or drink it, I’ve probably written about it. What I buy every week: Trader Joe’s dried okra. Appleton Farms prosciutto from Aldi. Some sort of Trader Joe’s cheese (I’m into the aged gouda at the moment). Frozen waffles (usually the Eggo Cinnamon Toast Minis). Spindrift water (loving the Cosmopolitan right now). Favorite ranking: Smoked salmon. Imagine me as Scrooge McDuck but instead of coins I’m diving into a vault of slippery smoked salmon slices. Pure joy. I also found some real steals in that taste test! Least favorite ranking: Canned oysters. I had such high hopes for this but it quickly became a chore. The kitchen smelled like an uncleaned aquarium.

  • Bruh, milano is the style of cookie and nothing more. I sell pepperidge farms, milano cookies. Not milanos, pepperidge farm cookies.

  • Pepperidge Farm is the maker of these cookies. Milano is the name of one of the cookies.
