Crumbl cannot be stopped! Not only are they working on Crumbl doughnuts, but, according to @snackwire on Instagram, the brand is also working on nine other new sugary innovations in the pipeline. Let’s go through them all.
Cookie Dough-Inspired Protein Balls
For those who prefer cookie dough to cookies, Crumbl is adding three macro-friendly protein balls. They include Confetti Protein Balls, which are made with a confetti cake batter stuffed with rainbow confetti sprinkles and white drops; Snickerdoodle Protein Balls, sprinkled with cinnamon and white drops; and Peanut Butter Crisp Protein Balls, made with peanut butter and vanilla, covered in crunchy peanut butter candy bar bits.
PB Protein Cookie
Speaking of protein, there is also a Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie, made with a protein-packed peanut butter dough and sprinkled with semi-sweet chocolate chips. It’s one of the more straightforward cookies on the menu.
Iced Lemon Cookie
While most Crumbl cookies are decadent, there’s another lighter option arriving at Crumbl: the Iced Lemon Cookie. Served warm, this lemon cake cookie is coated in a citrus glaze and finished with a lemon slice.
Dessert-Inspired Cookies
On the flip side, three cookie varieties inspired by desserts are being introduced: Marbled Cheesecake Brownie Cookie, Marbled Stuffed Cheesecake Cookie, and Peach Cobbler Cookie. The Peach Cobbler Cookie uses dough rolled in brown sugar and cinnamon, topped with brown sugar-cinnamon streusel, house-made spiced peach filling, and a drizzle of cinnamon sugar glaze.
Meanwhile, the Marbled Cheesecake Brownie Cookie uses brownie and vanilla cream cheese dough, drizzled with cheesecake frosting and a brownie-batter-inspired syrup. The Marbled Stuffed Cheesecake Cookie is slightly different: it uses the same brownie-and-vanilla-cream-cheese dough but is stuffed with a creamy cheesecake filling.
Chai-Spiced Snickerdoodle
Last but not least, Crumbl is adding a Chai-Spiced Snickerdoodle, which is a brown sugar cookie swirled with brown sugar chai filling, finished with a cream cheese drizzle and chai spices.
