In case you missed the latest Guy Fieri news, Guy debuted a new look for 2026. He swapped his blonde spikes for neatly parted brown hair and a clean-shaven face for his 58th birthday. Less shocking but equally notable, Guy also debuted two new Flavortown sauces just this month: Sriracha Aioli Sauce and Dill Pickle Aioli. I probably should have led with new condiments, because it’s what I’m really here to talk about, but c’mon. That hair. That hair, you guys.

Anyways. Guy’s Flavortown sauces have been hit or miss for us in the past (we love his Poppin’ Jalapeno Sauce but take big issue with his Carolina Style BBQ Sauce), so I’m trying these new fancy mayos to tell you if they’re worth your money and limited fridge space. Let’s get into it.

Guy Fieri Flavortown Sriracha Aioli Sauce

New Flavortown Sauce!

Guy Fieri Flavortown Sriracha Aioli Sauce

Pros: The spice in this new Guy Fieri sauce is a real surprise. It starts very neutral but ends on a bold targeted kick of sriracha, almost like a bait and switch. Forgive me for what I’m about to say, but it’s like tasting the two versions of Guy Fieri in one little spoonful. First you taste the white ‘60s suburban dad, and then he explodes into a cigar-smoking biker with frosted tips and a flame shirt.

Cons: I appreciate how he didn’t hold back on the heat, but there’s a citric acid tang here that kinda ruins it for me. I wanted this to taste more fresh, flavorful, and harmonious than it does.

Verdict: Spicy mayo is a tough condiment category to enter. There’s so many great options out there already, and while this isn’t necessarily bad, the flavor only stands out because it’s hot, not because it tastes good. Sorry, Guy, but it’s a miss for me.

Guy Fieri Flavortown Dill Pickle Aioli Sauce

New Flavortown Sauce!

Guy Fieri Flavortown Dill Pickle Aioli Sauce

Pros: This reminds me of Ayoh!’s viral dill pickle aioli—but hopefully for a lower price and at more accessible stores. (Ayoh! condiments can be tricky to find, depending on where you live.) It’s absolutely loaded with crunchy, briny bits of dill pickle. It’s the perfect addition to your tuna salad and even a nice little dipper for some chicken tenders

Cons: It’s not as deliciously dilly or freshly creamy as Ayoh! Mayo’s pickle aioli, but those are high standards to meet. I really don’t have any strong complaints here.

Verdict: Dill pickle mayo is another tough category to enter—just like spicy mayo, a lot of brands have hopped on this trend in the past two years. But unlike Guy’s Sriracha Aioli, this one has something unique to offer. I would buy this over other dill pickle mayos in a heartbeat, for the right price. Good job, Guy.
