These New Hi-Chew Flavors Sound Like a Vacation You Can Eat

I don’t know about you, but I’m feelin’ like Hi-Chew. That is to say, I need to sneeze. I am also feelin’ like Hi-Chew in the sense that I would not say no to one most times of the day (if ya offered 👀). And while the existing Hi-Chew flavors range from mango to kiwi to yogurt to cola, there are still infinite flavor combos we haven’t seen from Hi-Chew yet. We all know this, and it seems the good folks over at Hi-Chew know this too because they are releasing a new variety pack that caters to different tastes around the world. It also caters to me specifically, because, gosh, do these new flavors look right up my alley. It is called the Hi-Chew Getaway Mix, and I can’t wait to get-a-way too high on sugar eating a whole bag of these.

What kind of “Getaway” flavors are in there? Tropical? All expenses paid? The Essence of Vacation^TM? When can I get these new Hi-Chew (please tell me it’s now)?

They may as well have made these “essence of vacation” flavored, because the the three new flavors sound as tropical as they do relaxing. The pack includes a flavor based on the famous Mexican combo of Mango and Chamoy, a Mai Tai flavor, and a Yuzu Lime flavor that sounds absolutely delightful. The Mango Chamoy candies are yellow with a red interior, the Mai Tai candies are orange with a lighter orange interior, and the Yuzu Lime are yellow and green. They are all, in a word, beautiful.

So when can you (and I) get these? Apparently, they were spotted at a random Ross store in California a few weeks ago, but if you don’t have a random Ross Dress for Less nearby, you can expect these to roll out to stores over the next few weeks. Let me just say that I am stoked for all of these, but if they nail that spicy, sweet, sour, mango-chamoy combo, well, I may just have to make this my new favorite Hi-Chew mix. In the meantime, we will just have to wait until we see them hit shelves, at which point I’m sure we will all hop in our Getaway Cars Taylor’s Version (will she release it this year?!?), rush on over to the store, and pick up some Getaway Hi-Chew to try for ourselves.
