May is a great month. Those pesky April showers have passed, and we’ve perfected our allergy meds regimen so we can actually enjoy May’s offerings. Graduations! Mother’s Day! Memorial Day! Other May-centric keywords that strategically boost our SEO!

Whether you’ve grossly overpopulated your Google calendar with cookouts and picnics or you’re chugging along like any other month, ya gotta put fuel in your tank. Luckily, Trader Joe’s May inventory is full of characteristically creative products for every purpose or palate.

Here are the 5 products we’re most excited about this May.

Raspberry Yogurt Candy Clusters

As the word “cluster” suggests, these treats are a collection of multiple goodies stuck together into one delicious bite. They’re like the sedimentary rocks of the snack world, but way tastier and way easier on the teeth! Each cluster contains vanilla creme sandwich cookie pieces, pretzel pieces, and crispy rice covered in raspberry yogurt and coated in rainbow nonpareils. You get a little sweet, a little salty, a little tangy, a little smooth, and a little crunchy. In a life that’s full of sacrifice, it’s nice to have it all for once.

Potato Cheese Sticks

The TJ’s package description reads “A stick of cheese, batter, and cubes of potato fried to deliciousness!” It’s rare that we have nothing else to say, but c’mon. Cheese, batter, potatoes? You’re seriously not sold yet?

Honey Butter Cashews

A popular accompaniment to biscuits and cornbread, the duo of honey and butter now graces TJ’s shelves as a sweet, crispy coating on crunchy roasted cashews. A handful of these on your cheeseboard, packed for your hike, or to munch on during a movie will not only be delicious, but decidedly fix all the problems you’ve ever had in your life. You’re welcome.

Gozlemes

This handheld Turkish street food is like a quesadilla and flatbread had a kid. The frozen heat-and-eat flatbreads are stuffed with three cheeses: One is tulum, a creamy goat cheese. One is kashkaval, which offers a semi-firm texture and buttery flavor. The last is good ol’ mozzarella, which brings home the ooey-gooey factor of things. These cheesy delights are pronounced “GUZ-leh-meh,” by the way, in case you want to shout from the rooftops how much you love them. Between the product’s name and its cheeses, Gozlemes have proven as unexpectedly culturally informative as they are delicious. We love efficiency!

Earl Grey Blondie Bars

An Earl Grey blondie is brilliant. It’s a way for you to scratch that itch to be a classy and sophisticated tea drinker, while respecting your inner midnight snack goblin with a feral need for a gob of almost-underbaked cookie, which is really how we think of blondies. A little citrusy, a little floral, perfectly sweet, and irresistibly melt-in-your-mouth, these are as perfect for a springtime tea as for a quiet night in your PJ’s when you just want to transport yourself to the Bake Off tent. Read our full review of the Earl Grey blondies if you aren’t convinced.
