7-Eleven is making its hot dogs, pizza, and other convenience-store staples a little more customizable.

The chain just introduced the BiG Flavor Bar, a self-serve sauce and topping station at participating 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes locations nationwide. It comes with seven new sauces, plus crunchy toppings and the usual condiments, so you can dress up your food however you want.

And by “however you want,” 7-Eleven really seems to mean it.

There Are Seven New Sauces

The BiG Flavor Bar comes with seven sauces, ranging from fairly familiar to slightly more adventurous.

There’s That Sticky Heat, a spicy teriyaki; It’s Cheesy AF, a garlic parmesan sauce; Honey, Please, a honey mustard; Sweet Like That, a honey garlic sauce; Sweet, Heat, Repeat, a sweet chili sauce; Ranch All Day, a buttermilk ranch; and Bring The Smoke, a smoked black pepper BBQ sauce.

You can add them to pizza, Big Bite hot dogs, sandwiches, and other food from the store. There are also crunchy toppings available, just in case the sauce alone wasn’t enough.

The whole idea is to let you build your own combination instead of just accepting whatever toppings come with your food.

Which is probably for the best when your dinner options include a hot dog from a roller grill.

7-Eleven Has A Secret Menu, Too

If you don’t feel like coming up with your own sauce combination, 7-Eleven has done some of the work for you.

The chain is introducing a Secret Menu with a few specific creations, including Garlic Parm Loaded Tots. That’s waffle tots topped with garlic parmesan sauce, sriracha, and crispy garlic.

There’s also the Sweet n Spicy Roller, which takes a Big Bite hot dog and adds a jalapeño cream cheese taquito, spicy teriyaki, sweet chili sauce, and crispy onions.

That’s a lot of ingredients for something you can presumably eat while standing in the parking lot.

But it does make the point of the flavor bar pretty well: 7-Eleven isn’t just giving you a few sauces and calling it a day. It’s encouraging people to start mixing things together.

You Can Put the Sauces On Pretty Much Anything

The BiG Flavor Bar is designed to work across 7-Eleven’s food lineup, so there’s no particular rule about which sauce belongs on which item.

Want garlic parmesan on your pizza? Go for it. Sweet chili on a Big Bite? Sure. Honey mustard on a sandwich? That’s probably the least surprising thing happening here.

The combination possibilities get more interesting once you start mixing the sauces, especially with the crunchy toppings. And since the station is self-serve, you don’t have to commit to one flavor for the entire meal.

You can make a perfectly reasonable choice or create something that should probably stay between you and the trash can.

The BiG Flavor Bar Is Available Now

The new BiG Flavor Bar is rolling out at participating 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes locations nationwide.

7-Eleven is also offering a $3 combo for 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards members through Oct. 27, 2026, which includes a sausage or hot dog, a bag of 7-Select chips, and a large Big Gulp.

So if you’ve been waiting for an excuse to turn a convenience-store hot dog into a highly customized meal, this is your moment.

At the very least, you now have seven sauces to work with.
