It’s 2026, and Publix is going big on ice cream. Its ice cream is some of the best food at the grocery store, and it’s no stranger to dropping limited-edition flavors in its Publix line, but this week, it’s decided to kick things up a notch by dropping 19 – yes, nineteen limited offerings in its stores. We’ve gotta say: We respect a supermarket that knows the importance of choice, in cold, creamy form. Thanks, Publix.

What’s more, four of these limited-time ice creams are brand new. Add them to your next Publix haul; we know we will be. Here are all the exclusive flavors that are available at Publix right now.

Half-Gallon Favorites

12 of Publix’s ice cream flavors come in a half-gallon tub, and all of these are returning faves. In alphabetical order, we’ve got:

Buckeyes & Fudge

Peanut butter ice cream, swirled with chocolate-covered peanut butter buckeyes and fudge swirls.

Chocolate Cookie Quarry

Chocolate ice cream mixed with chocolate sandwich cookie chunks and chocolate cookie crumb swirls.

Coffee Almond Fudge

Coffee ice cream is mixed with a chocolate coffee ribbon (yum) and milk chocolate flavored coated almonds (double yum).

Cold Brew Cookies & Creme

A combo of cold brew coffee flavored ice cream and creme-filled chocolate cookie pieces.

Freedom Berry Bliss

A trio of ice creams here from Publix: Strawberry, mascarpone, and blueberry. Bit of a twist on a Neapolitan. We’re into it.

Home Run Caramel Popcorn

A caramel popcorn flavored ice cream studded with butter toffee popcorn bark.

Hula Hula Macadamia

Whipped cream flavored ice cream (interesting…) mixed with macadamia brittle and caramel ribbons.

Lemon Berry Bliss

Lemon creme ice cream, combined with lemonade flakes and blueberry swirls. This one should be out in summer, we’re just sayin’.

New Orleans Caramel Praline

Brown sugar ice cream, caramel swirls, and praline pecans.

Peanut Butter Pie

This one combines a peanut butter cheesecake flavored ice cream with Mackinac peanut butter cookie ribbons and chocolate-flavored pieces. Sounds rich. We’re into it.

Snickerdoodle

Brown butter ice cream, combined with cinnamon graham crumb swirls and finished with graham cookie pieces.

The S’more The Merrier

Toasted marshmallow flavored ice cream, mixed with chocolate marshmallows and graham cracker ribbons. Man…we’re hungry.

Pint-Sized Picks

In addition to the 12 half-gallon flavors, Publix is also putting out seven pint tubs of its limited-edition selection. The returning flavors are:

Chantilly Cake

White cake flavored ice cream is adorned with berry ribbons and almond flavored cake pieces. It’s delicate, it’s bright, it’s delicious.

Maple Chocolate Chip Pancake

Buttermilk maple flavored ice cream, with maple caramel swirls, cake pieces, and chocolatey flakes.

Passion Fruit Cheesecake

Cheesecake flavored ice cream, passion fruit swirls, and honey graham crust pieces.

And then – drumroll please! – the all-new flavors are:

Bavarian Creme Hot Honey Praline

Bavarian creme ice cream, combined with hot honey flavored ribbons and praline pecans. This one will be custardy, creamy, and weirdly spicy – and we love the sound of it.

Bourbon Praline Crumble

Whisky flavored ice cream, mixed with bourbon flavored praline pecans and sugar cinnamon ribbons.  Did we mention we love Publix?

Peanut Butter & Jelly

Ah, the old faithful. A peanut butter ice cream with grape swirls and peanut butter and jelly cups. We just hope they’re better than the PB&J Reese’s

Root Beer Float

Root beer ice cream with root beer ribbon swirls, root beer fizzy clusters, and maraschino cherries. This one has the potential to produce a toothache.

We don’t know where to start with these, honestly. Which ones are you trying first?
