Spindrift is coming out with a brand new line of iced teas—and we at Sporked are especially excited about them. Here’s why.

If you haven’t heard us say it in the past, Spindrift is our favorite brand of sparkling water. As much as I personally love Polar Seltzer, I have to admit that Spindrift, on the whole, tastes fresher and more like real fruit (that’s their whole thing, tbh), with a great flavor line-up that can’t be beat. Some of our faves include Nojito, Raspberry Lime, and Grapefruit.
And now, for the first time, they’re getting into iced tea.
Spindrift’s CEO is on record saying: “For too long, ready-to-drink tea has trained people to expect sweetness first and tea second.” I can’t believe I’m saying this, but for once, I agree with the CEO of a major company—trust me, I like it even less than you do. But as someone with a low tolerance for sugar, I’m really not a fan of most store-bought iced teas (except for the good ones).
It seems the goal behind Spindrift iced tea is to set the heavy sugar and sweeteners aside for a cleaner, brighter, tea-focused flavor. Sign me up, man.
These are the new Spindrift tea flavors we can expect:
(They’re all non-carbonated, including a mix of black tea and green tea.)
- Lemon Black Tea: black tea flavored with California lemon juice and crisp apple
- Blood Orange Black Tea: black tea with blood orange and citrus notes
- Raspberry Black Tea: black tea flavored with Pacific Northwest raspberries
- Peach Green Tea: green tea flavored with Pacific Northwest peaches
These new Spindrift flavors start rolling out to national grocery stores in March, but we haven’t spotted them in stores for ourselves just yet. That said, you can easily find them on Amazon and Spindrift’s website right now. We’ll definitely be trying these for ourselves soon, so stay tuned for our official review!
