I don’t know about you, but finding new hidden gems at Costco is one of my favorite pastimes. Now, I have the scoop on the latest new sweet treat on the shelves at Costco and you’ll want to try them ASAP. Enter: cinnamon rolls. You can thank me later.

A New Sweet Treat Just Hit The Shelves At Costco 

These aren’t just your ordinary cinnamon buns but those that can be made in less than a minute—45 seconds in the microwave to be exact. Sunshine Buns’ Original Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting recently launched at Costco and they will be your new favorite breakfast item or after dinner dessert. And honestly, anything that gets a warm, gooey cinnamon roll into my hands in 45 seconds has my attention. That’s barely enough time to wonder whether you should eat one or two. (Spoiler: two.)

The soft, gooey buns aren’t made with preservatives or additives and are topped with real cream cheese frosting. This is the type of frosting that you’ll be licking off your fingers afterwards—it’s that good. While I love Cinnabon, sometimes I want something that tastes more fresh and this is that. 

The secret? They are flash frozen and individually wrapped to preserve freshness. Oh, and it’s worth noting they contain 8 grams of protein so you’ll in essence be protein-maxxing while eating cinnamon rolls. Is it doctor recommended? Probably not, but protein is protein. 

We’re not saying a cinnamon roll is a health food. We’re just saying we appreciate the 8 grams of protein while we’re absolutely demolishing one.
