What Are Panini FIFA World Cup™ Stickers?
Panini’s FIFA World Cup™ stickers have been a part of the lead-up to the tournament since the 1970 FIFA World Cup™. The stickers, consisting of all players and teams participating in the Cup, are traditionally bought in randomized packs to fill out the Panini FIFA World Cup™ sticker albums.
The unique Coca-Cola stickers have a dedicated page in the albums sold by Panini America, FIFA’s partner for officially licensed trading cards and stickers. The Coca-Cola Company said in its press release that the goal of this partnership is to bring this tradition to new audiences in the U.S. and Canada through accessibility. But of the 48 countries participating in the FIFA World Cup 2026™― the largest in history― only 10 countries are represented through Coca-Cola’s 12-sticker variety.
How Can You Get Them For Yourself?
Stuck onto the inside of peel-back Coke-bottle wrappers, the collectible FIFA World Cup™ stickers feature players from the upcoming matches available through the purchase of a 20-oz. Coca-Cola bottle in the Original or Zero Sugar varieties. Mass-market retailers including Target, Walmart, CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens, and Dollar General currently sell the specially marked bottles as well as the Team USA branded 12-packs of Diet Coke, Coke Zero, and Coca-Cola.
In collaboration with the FIFA Panini Collection App, Coca-Cola is also providing a free digital sticker pack to open each day through the duration of the tournament after creating an account with The Coca-Cola Company.
Is It Worth It?
Well… that all depends on how much you want to fill up your sticker album and how much you love Coke. The stickers are randomly selected with no way to see which player you get until purchasing the drink and peeling back the label yourself.
YouTube creator ‘Blazey Collects’ has over 43 thousand views on his recent video where he opened the limited-edition bottles until collecting all 12 stickers, on top of the 980 standard-issue stickers he had already collected. It took him 36 bottles to complete the Coca-Cola collection, finishing out his Panini FIFA World Cup 2026™ album. For those of us a bit less invested in the sticker collection, the Coca-Cola bottles are a delicious way to dip your toes into the surprise sticker pool and own a piece of the tournament’s legacy.
