As another week passes us by, and numerous meals have been consumed, it’s hard to find the motivation, week after week, to go through the endless cycle of grocery shopping, meal planning, and cooking yet again. And especially as grocery prices only continue to rise, it’s inevitably discouraging. But that’s why we love deals, sales, and all of the above. Publix’s BOGO deals of the week have long been a lifeline for Southerners in our grocery shopping routines. And, that doesn’t stop today. These are the five unique groceries that are on Publix BOGO sales this week we think you ought to know about. Let’s get into it.

Campari Tomatoes

While some of us may already be deep in the depths of pumpkin spice and everything fall, we think it’s important that there’s still someone out there, reminding folks that the best of late summer produce is still on the shelves. Of course, that includes tomatoes. Right now, especially as it is late in the season, we’re getting some of the sweetest, ripest tomatoes on shelves right now. It would be a shame if in all of the early fall excitement, we forgot to enjoy the lush produce that is right in front of us. Campari tomatoes are sold on the vine, making them extra lush with that sun-shiny tomato flavor. And their unique shape makes them distinctly versatile. From fresh made pasta sauce to a simple Caprese salad, these tomatoes are a fantastic resource to have on hand.

Carbone Sauce

Speaking of pasta sauce, it’s always a good idea as we ramp up towards the holiday festivities to have some kind of easy, quick, and lazy dinner ready and on hand. Sometimes, that can be a simple as a good pasta sauce and some boiled noodles. And, what better pasta sauce to fall back on than the iconic Carbone pasta sauce. It’s become a shelf-stable favorite as the company translates their expertly crafted sauces into grocery stores nationwide. With a $10 price tag on each bottle, it can be hard to use this one as the one to stockpile, though. But not with a BOGO sale. Five dollars a bottle? Now that sounds more like it.

Siete Tortillas

For whatever reason may be affecting their dietary choices, there are gluten-free eaters among us. And they should be just as celebrated and honored through big deals and savings as everyone else. That’s where this little product spotlight comes in. Siete tortillas are one of the better gluten-free brand alternatives in terms of quality, but not so much in the price department. Where a typical pack of tortillas is usually only a couple bucks, one pack of these almond flour tortillas sits around $10. Gluten-free eating is difficult enough in the modern world, but it doesn’t need to be more expensive. We think Publix’s choice to put these on BOGO was a wise one.

Klondike Bars

Who doesn’t like ice cream? Well, I guess there’s some people… but we do judge those people slightly. Because ice cream is just delicious. And there’s one ice cream in particular that’s on sale this week that has a special place in our hearts. Klondike bars, you will forever be delicious. The thing that is particularly great about Klondike bars is that they are quite simple. Even the alternative flavors are pretty basic when it all boils down. That’s why it’s great news that the original product is so delicious. But only getting six bars in a pack is always a little bit heartbreaking. So why not get two packs for the same price? We will be.

Lesser Evil Popcorn

Cozying up at night with a big bowl of popcorn and a fresh series or nostalgic movie to watch is one of the great joys in life. And with Lesser Evil Popcorn on BOGO, not only is it easier than ever to enjoy that night well spent, but it’s more delicious than ever, too. Because at the end of the day, popcorn that tastes more like actual popcorn is going to taste fantastic. With lesser evil popcorn, we find that it is properly seasoned in a way that doesn’t really highlight from the fact that this might be a “better for you” option. Get your snacks for all of your upcoming movie nights covered with this sale now and enjoy the comfort of the season to come.
