We’ve got a snack-heavy Costco roundup this month, folks. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it. I mainly just let my heart guide me through Costco as I took note of what exciting things I can find. So why was I drawn to snacks this month? The heat in Los Angeles makes it hard to crave anything too heavy these days. And, of course, the school year is kicking off as we speak. I already did a roundup of back-to-school finds at Costco, but I can’t stress enough how right it feels to snack your way through the next couple of months, until soup season official starts. Snacks will always be there for you, even when you’re sweating bullets and running on empty, so here’s what to buy at Costco in September.

Tate’s Bake Shop Chocolate Chip Cookies

You know them, you love them—and we love them, too. We’re big fans of Tate’s here at Sporked and it just makes us so darn happy knowing Costco’s selling them in six-packs. Put away the cookie dough, stop preheating the oven, and just go ahead and grab a crunchy, buttery, delicious cookie out of the pack.

Go Raw Sprouted Organic Pumpkin Seeds with Sea Salt

It isn’t officially fall until September 22, but the Halloween decorations are up at Disneyland, so that means it’s the holiday season to my Disney adult ass. Celebrate accordingly with a bag of Go Raw’s pumpkin seeds at Costco, because it’s also way too early to carve your own pumpkin to get seeds straight from the source!

Loacker Mini Wafer Cookies Variety

Who doesn’t love a wafer cookie? These light, crispy minis make an ideal treat when you need a sweet to go with your savories but other things seem to heavy. The Costco variety pack has all the bangers (except for lemon, which sort of sucks): hazelnut, dark chocolate, and vanilla. Still, a little something for every mood.

Hint Limited Edition Flavored Water, Variety Pack

It’s time to wash everything down with a drink from Costco. And if you’ve walked the aisles of Costco, you know that flavored waters are a dime a dozen. Well, not literally. We may be buying in bulk, but the deals aren’t that good. You can grab your preferred flavored water, but as for me? I was swayed by the flavors in Hint’s latest variety pack. Particularly the orange vanilla swirl. That’s just summery enough that I can imagine I’m still spending days at the beach before the weather really starts to cool down.

Coconut Secret Organic Coconut Aminos

I suppose we should be responsible adults and fit in something we can use to make an actual meal. Coconut Secret’s soy sauce alternative can do all the things that soy sauce can do. I think. Really, it just seems like a smart product that a granola mom would grab. A lower-sodium product (72% less than soy sauce!) that you can use in your stir frys and as a dip for sushi platters. That seems responsible!

La Terra Fina Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip & Spread

A dip to snack on or an easy dinner that’s ready to go right out of the fridge? The world is your creamy, cheesy oyster when you have a gigantic tub of this in the fridge. Scoop it up with your chip of choice, spread it on crackers, or use it to stuff chicken breasts. It’s one of our faves.

  • Bought a bag of avocados a couple of weeks ago and everyone of them were bad. Very disappointed especially when they’re not cheap and we live 75 miles away.
