Well, January was approximately three Januaries long, but February is here and that means I’m back with all the stuff that needs to find its way into your cart the next time you’re at Costco. There’s a lot to catch up on, so grab yourself a $1.50 hot dog combo from the food court (and get yourself on the waiting list for one of these handy hot dog caddies) so we can get started, the right way.

SimplyProtein Kickin’ Jalapeno Ranch Tortilla Chips

Protein’s on its way out; fiber’s the new queen bee in town. These protein chips from Costco are a relic of a society long forgotten. Okay, protein “ended” like a few weeks ago, max. Settle down, Vinz. And it never has to end at all if you pick up a bag of these funt-to-eat tortilla chips made with corn and a pea protein isolate.

New year, new me! JK, I don’t subscribe to that, but I do subscribe to easy eating and it doesn’t get easier than a meal that’s ready to be thrown together at a moment’s notice. Having a meal in a bag from Costco can be a real lifesaver when that end-of-the month project’s running over and you don’t even have time to make a sandwich for lunch.

Organic Bellwether A2 Whole Milk Yogurt

Is this going to turn into an “easy meals from Costco” haul instead? It certainly looks like it, because this is one half of a stupidly simple breakfast. Grab two honkin’ tubs of Bellwether yogurt (a Sporked recommended brand) and a bag of Kirkland Signature granola and you’re on your way to parfait city.

Kirkland Signature Filled Heart Madeleine

I don’t have a significant other but if I did, I’d expect her to wake me up on Valentine’s Day with a Costco hot dog combo and a set of these KS filled heart madeleines. Nothing says romance like such a pairing. Thankfully, there’s nothing stopping us singles from spoiling ourselves, so this is a great win for all.

OTOKI Cheesy Stir-Fry Ramen

HA! After some misdirection, we’re back to one last easy meal. It didn’t feel right to have breakfast, lunch, but no dinner representation. Instant ramen is as classic as you can get for an easy dinner to have on hand. Cheesy stir-fry ramen from Costco, though—that’s a way to transform a classic into a modern marvel.
