This week Aldi’s giving us just a tried and true, simple as can be menu to choose from. There’s no gimmicks, no frills, just a plethora of random foods that they thought we could use this week. Are they a little unique? Sure, but that’s what we’ve come to expect from Aldi. Here are the five just plain normal (in Aldi standards) foods that are new to the budget grocery store this week.

Mama Cozzi’s The Big Dill Ham and Dill Pickle or Chicken Caesar Pizza (10/21; $6.99)
My culture is not your costume! Where I come from, we perfected a dish called Minnesota Sushi. It combines deli ham, dill pickles, and cream cheese all rolled up into one. This, obviously, was the inspiration behind Aldi’s new ham and dill pickle pizza. I don’t take ownership over the chicken caesar pizza though. Even if I am Italian. I don’t think we made that dish. In true Aldi fashion, these new pizzas are quite creative so it looks like our dinner plans are sorted for the next few days.
ALDI Beignets To Go (10/21; $3.99)
Beignets to go. What a wild concept. I’ve never once thought that I needed a beignet on the go, but Aldi’s given them to us so I guess we better partake. These beignets are individually wrapped so you really could just slide one into your pocket and see where the world takes you and your new chocolate-filled friend!
Clancy’s Cinnamon Bun or Salted Caramel Covered Pretzels (10/21; $2.99)
You could dress a shoe up as a cinnamon roll and I’d still love it, so you bet your butt I’m excited about these new pretzels from Clancy’s. That’s not even taking into account the fact that you can get a whole package of cinnamon bun or salted caramel covered pretzels for $3 from Aldi this week! Talk about a steal.
Southern Grove Brookie or Kitchen Sink Trail Mixes (10/21; $4.89)
Aldi’s out here making trail mixes I never even thought were possible! Though I guess it’s not a huge stretch to get to the idea of brookie or kitchen sink trail mixes. These would be great to keep on hand when you need a quick sweet fix in the middle of the work day. Just make sure you wipe the crumbs off your suit and tie! Do people still work suits and ties to the office?
Barissimo Vanilla, Peppermint Mocha or Pumpkin Spice Oat Milk Lattes (10/21; $2.69)
Releasing a new pumpkin spice oat milk latte in the final hour, very bold of you Aldi! The timing on the vanilla and peppermint mocha lattes makes a little bit more sense. We’re not ones to look a gift horse in the mouth, though, so we’ll take what we’re given. While I do wish these were a smidge cheaper (like the lattes we can get at Dollar Tree for $1.25), it’s still better than a coffee shop so it’s a net win.
