We’re wrapping things up on spooky season which can only mean one thing. No, not Christmas. Put your trees away. We still have to get to Thanksgiving! Aldi has a few Thanksgiving staples headed our way but there’s one that really seals the deal on the celebrations. It’s so on the nose that it makes it hard to want any more―which is good because this is the only real Thanksgiving dish they have for us so far. While I’m sure more are coming down the pipeline, let’s get into the new (non-Thanksgiving) foods that are headed our way this week.

Appetito’s Buffalo Style Chicken or Spinach Artichoke Dips (10/28; $4.99)

Game day is here! Which makes it a good time for Aldi to release these two dips. I mean it doesn’t get more quintessential than these two, Buffalo style chicken and spinach artichoke. They were probably sitting on these for months, just waiting for the weather to get cooler and the pigskin to start flying through the air. Welcome to the team, frozen dips.

Pumpkin or Salted Caramel Cheesecake (10/28; $12.79)

Aldi’s giving us two quality cheesecakes this week, pumpkin and salted caramel. For the first, pumpkin pie filling gets swirled into a vanilla cheesecake that’s baked on a graham crust. It’s then finished with a heavy serving of caramel drizzle. Their salted caramel version is filled to the brim with sweetness. The caramel cheesecake is topped with caramel topping and a sprinkle of salt (you know, to balance things out).

Park Street Deli Thanksgiving Bake (10/28; $9.99)

If you were to only grab one thing from Aldi for Thanksgiving, this would be the pick. It’s got everything you’d need for a Thanksgiving meal all in one―herb stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, turkey meat, and cranberry sauce. Bring this to a small gathering or heat it up if you’re looking for an easier way to celebrate the holiday if you’ve got a lot going on.

Breakfast Best Breakfast Pita Snack Sandwiches (10/28; $6.29)

Are they a snack or are they a sandwich? To me, this feels like a little more than a snack. I won’t judge you if you choose to have a sandwich as a snack though. Anyway, Aldi’s Breakfast Best line of foods is giving us a new one this week: pita snack sandwiches. These quick fixes come with either egg and cheese or sausage and cheese inside a pita. I guess there just wasn’t enough room to fit egg and sausage in there.

Specially Selected Top Crusted Flounder (10/28; $7.29)

Aldi’s adding three new top crusted flounders to their freezer section this week with coconut, macadamia nuts, and tortillas for the toppings. Yes, tortillas. Which actually translates to tortilla chips and Southwestern seasoning. A little bit of a unique choice but hey, we trust Aldi around here so I’m sure it’ll work!
