What’s New At Aldi This Week (With Some Extra Summer Fun)

We’re only in the first month of summer and already Aldi has really given us some staples to work through. Especially so with the lineup for this week. Aldi’s only releasing four new items in their stores, but they’re giving us two items that’ll really be useful for all your summer grilling needs and two cold, sweet treats that’ll keep you safe from the warm summer heat. Really, you couldn’t ask for more. Here are the powerhouse new items that are coming to Aldi this week.

Sundae Shoppe Tiny Cones ($3.99; 6/24)

Aldi is fully reheating Trader Joe’s nachos with this one. Honestly, I’m here for it! Things can really add up when you’re shopping at TJ’s, so it’s nice to see Aldi’s take on things. You’re getting almost 50% more in Aldi’s tiny cones than TJ’s for the same price; that’s an easy win.

Specially Selected Hot Honey Brioche Buns ($3.99; 6/24)

Hot honey, in the bun! Absolutely marvelous. Aldi went with brioche buns for these so that just means you get an extra layer of cushiony goodness to go with the spicy, sweet heat that the hot honey will bring to the table. This is such a no brainer when you need to add a little dash of something to your summer grilling plans.

Specially Selected Brioche Pretzel Rolls ($4.59; 6/24)

If hamburgers get new buns, then dang it we better give hot dogs something to play with too. Aldi’s blended brioche and pretzel profiles for these new rolls so you’ll get a pillowy experience that’s boosted by the salty pretzel tang. I’m very intrigued by these. I think they easily have the chance to really elevate the hot dog game this summer.

A very summer item coming up to round things off at Aldi. This six pack of Italian ice comes with three cups of lemon and three cups of strawberry.
