Costco is treating us mighty finely this week. They’ve brought in a ton of new products for us to choose from so we have the best of the best. Only the finest things that are actually quite timely. I really scratch my head when I see a pumpkin spice product drop in the middle of July. That’s not the case this week! Up ahead we have a salad that’s perfect for summer, some drinks to keep us hydrated through the heat, and some sensible options for the changing times we’re facing. A bright, exciting salad for the many picnics in your future! Well, calling this a salad is a little generous. There are no green leafs in this mix from Costco. Then again, I’m from the land of Snickers “salad” so who am I to focus on semantics? Anyway, La Terra Fina is a Costco mainstay, so I’m all in on their new orzo mozzarella & balsamic salad when I need something fresh in a pinch.

Get ready for a buzz! A caffeine buzz, that is. Bloom’s latest variety pack to hit Costco stores features some beautifully summer focused flavors: peach mango, raspberry lemon, and strawberry watermelon. You’re probably running all over this summer, so having a few sparkling energy drinks on hand to get you through all the chaos is a welcomed thing.

Vita Coco Treats Frosted Lemonade Coconutmilk Beverage 12-Pack

The summer hits keep coming! While Bloom was an upper for us, I view this as a natural downer. This was made to cool everyone down during the hot summer months. If anything, I wish this was made to cool us down even more. I read frosted lemonade and expected a frozen drink―but the “idea” of frosted lemonade in a sippable drink works too, I suppose. Vita Coco’s latest drop at Costco is a no brainer for the hot weather ahead.

Just some real, good, and literal food to get us through the week. Real Good Food’s lightly breaded chicken strips are the perfect grab from Costco for anyone looking to have a health-conscious meal stashed away in the freezer. Sometimes you don’t want to have to cook from scratch every single night! These strips have it all. They’re gluten-free, grain-free, 21g of protein, and only 3g of net carbs per serving.

The Little Potato Company Fresh Creamer Potatoes

I know I often skip over the whole foods for packaged goods―admittedly, they are more fun to talk about. Times are a changin’. A deal like this can’t be passed up, especially considering how expensive food is getting. Costco is selling five pounds of potatoes for $7.29 and it comes as a variety pack. It’s hard to beat a Costco variety pack. The Little Potato Company is serving up yellow and red potatoes in one bag, so you can split them up for your specific needs or just mash them all together for a heck of a night.
