I am an autumn, much like Richard Gilmore of Gilmore Girls fame. And as such, I am contractually obligated to love scarves that don’t keep you warm, UGGs, pretty coats that also don’t keep you warm—and pumpkin spice. Yes, I am like other girls. I love the warm, toasty flavor of pumpkin spice and relish this time of year, when the PSL girlies—who clearly run food marketing—flood the shelves with pumpkin-spice-flavored everything. Here are some of the new and returning pumpkin spice goodies I cannot wait to try this fall. (Gilmore Girls theme song plays faintly in the distance…)
- Alden’s Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream
-
I scream, you scream—we all scream for pumpkin spice ice cream. This is a dream for those of us in climates where “fall” arrives in late October, if at all. (I’m looking at you, L.A.)
- Compartés Pumpkin Spiced Latte Bar
-
PSL chocolate is not new—but new versions are always welcome. This Compartés bar is a little pricey, but promises a rich, decadent PSL experience. With 44% cacao, it’s milk chocolate on the slightly darker side—aka, heaven.
- Goldfish Dunkin’ Pumpkin Spice Grahams
-
Goldfish are portable, poppable, and lunchbox-approved. This seasonal Dunkin’ inspired twist features sugar, pumpkin spice, and everything nice. The chaotic good of the snack world. (Also, the Sporked team loves Goldfish Grahams, so these get the green light!)
- Hershey’s Pumpkin Spice Latte Nuggets
-
Bite-sized PSL chocolates? Yes, please. The nugget form makes for better portion control—and sharability. You’ll wanna pass these Hershey’s chocolates around—earn some good karma!
- KIND Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Thins
-
A quick, healthy snack, but make it spicy. The KIND bars—which bring together sliced almonds, peanuts, pumpkin spice flavor, and a chocolatey drizzle—are perfect for busy mornings, or as a fall flavored “backpack snack” (a snack you stash away in your backpack for emergencies—duh.)
- Laughing Cow Pumpkin Spice Cheese
-
Little wedges of creamy gouda cheese infused with spices like cinnamon and nutmeg—too weird or just weird enough to work? We’ll find out soon enough!
- MALK Pumpkin Spice Almond Milk
-
Dairy free folks deserve PSL magic too. MALK’s pumpkin spice almond milk sounds like the perfect thing to dunk some cookies in for my daily “it’s totally fall” moment—despite L.A.’s heat still actively trying to kill me.
- Pepperidge Farm Milano Pumpkin Spice & Pumpkin Cheesecake Cookies
-
We’re firmly on the record as Milano fans, so we will for sure be stocking up on their Pumpkin Spice cookies, which have a layer of chocolate and a layer of pumpkin spice cream. And while thin, crisp cookies certainly have their place, sometimes you need a thiccc, soft cookie situation. Pepperidge Farm’s Soft Baked Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake deliver pumpkin realness, white chocolate chips, and that extra indulgence autumn practically demands.
- Pop-Tarts Pumpkin Pie
-
Okay, so basically a pumpkin pie you can put in the toaster and then hold in your hand to eat on the go? Yeah, we’re sold.
- Siggi’s Pumpkin & Spice Skyr
-
Protein-packed (15g!) and packed with spice, too. Skyr—aka Icelandic yogurt—is thick, tangy, and naturally nonfat. This flavor would be killer layered into a fall-themed yogurt parfait with granola and honey.
- Sweet Loren’s Pumpkin Spice Cookie Dough
-
If you’re GF and thought pumpkin spice cookies were off the menu…wrong! Sweet Loren’s ready-to-bake pumpkin spice cookie dough is gluten free, dairy free, allergen free, and okay to eat raw if your pumpkin spice impatience gets the better of you.
- Tate’s Pumpkin Spice Cookies
-
My childhood favorite was the Snickerdoodle—partly because “snickerdoodle” is fun to say, but mostly for the cozy spice blend. Pumpkin spice cookies hit the same notes. Tate’s are crisp, thin, and packed with flavor—ideal for tea breaks.
