Sound the airhorn, there’s a new cookie line-up at Crumbl Cookies—and it’s a good one. From a chilled take on the breakout flavor of 2025 to a warm cookie-fied version of a childhood staple, here’s all the new, limited-edition Crumble cookies out this week.
Dubai Chocolate Cookie
Finally, Crumbl has embraced the phenomena of Dubai chocolate and packed it into a seriously delicious sounding cookie. Served chilled, you get a brownie cookie topped with kataifi (or katai or kadaif—crispy shreds of phyllo dough) and a pistachio filling, coated with milk chocolate and a pistachio cream drizzle. As the Sporked staffer who led our Dubai chocolate taste test, I am really excited about this one and hope that Crumbl won’t do me dirty. Excitement level: 8/10
Strawberry Crumb Cake Cookie
This warm offering consists of a strawberry cookie with “white drops” (which I assume are like white chocolate chips?), topped with a “milky glaze” and crunchy strawberry-vanilla streusel. I like the idea of topping a cookie with streusel, but “milky glaze” just isn’t whetting my appetite. Excitement level: 4/10
Brown Sugar Cinnamon Cookie ft. Pop-Tarts
Now we’re talking. You get a warm brown sugar cookie that’s stuffed with cinnamon and topped with brown sugar cream cheese glaze and crumbled Pop-Tarts. Since this cookie is topped with Pop-Tarts, it’s acceptable to eat it for breakfast, right? Excitement level: 7.5/10
Peanut Butter & Jelly Cookie
And finally, Crumbl is offering a warm peanut butter cookie topped with peanut butter mousse and tart raspberry “topping.” I guess they can’t legally call it jelly or jam for some reason. This sounds pretty darn good. I like that they didn’t just stop at the peanut butter cookie, but also went ahead and topped it with peanut butter mousse. Because peanut butter is the best part of a PB&J. Excitement level: 7/10
