We love mayo. We love good mayo. And we love good mayo made by good brands. So when we found out that Graza has started producing a mayo of its very own? You better believe that we were ready to pounce on this one. The olive oil producer has been making regular and extra virgin olive oil for a couple of years now, and during its short history its shot to the top of the pack (and to the top of our rankings in our taste test of olive oils), thanks to its emphasis on premium quality and excellent, consistent flavor. Yes, it’s trendy and achingly cool—but the oil is good, so we can’t complain that much.
Now, though, Graza is stepping into the ring with the likes of Hellmann’s and Duke’s and Molly Baz, as it releases its all-new mayo line. It’s already started appearing in stores, and you can expect to see the brand’s mayo bottles and jars a fair bit in the coming months. Ready to try them? So are we.

Regular Mayo, a “Fancy” Version, and an Aioli Are All in Graza’s Line-Up
Graza has kicked things off with a trio of mayo products that will suit most people’s tastes. For those who just want a classic mayonnaise, its Original Mayo will hit the spot. Made with EVOO, olive pomace oil (which is created from the leftover olive pulp and pits after extra-virgin olive oil is extracted), and cage-free eggs, it promises an extra-creamy flavor and a nice versatility.
If you want to treat yourself, its Fancy Mayo is your best bet. This product skips the pomace oil and is solely made with 100% EVOO and eggs (again, cage-free ones). It’s Graza’s Aioli, though, that we’re probably most excited about. Made with real garlic, it promises a punchy, zesty, and garlicky note, and is the perfect condiment to go with your fresh (or frozen) French fries. Or your burger. Or your pizza crust. Or your crudités. Or your…okay, you get the point.
Graza’s Mayo Is The Latest In Its Plush Product Line
While Graza’s generally stuck to what it knows best in the last few years—olive oil—it’s not been afraid to try out new items infused with its core product. Last year, Graza collaborated with Bjorn Qorn to make an olive oil and sea salt popcorn that we seriously rated in our taste test. Olive oil popcorn, who knew it’d be so good?
Graza also makes olive oil potato chips and collaborated with winery Limited Addition to make a Pinot Meunier, which it sells through its website. However, its mayonnaise feels like a natural evolution for the brand, and for people who like their mayo with a little more character, we think this’ll likely be a winner. We just have to figure out what we’re going to serve it with. Let’s be real, probably everything.
