What’s more romantic than giving someone a cookie the size of their own head, with enough sugar to send them to space? Well, let’s be honest, a lot of things—but Crumbl Cookie doesn’t want you to think that. The cookie connoisseurs put out new flavors at an unstoppable rate (this week’s new Crumbl Cookies look especially good, in our opinion), and with Valentine’s Day rapidly approaching, they’re naturally planning how people can announce their affection in baked form.
Well, we’ve just got a look at those plans—and they look pretty good. Instagram snack lord @snackwire has recently revealed Crumbl’s Valentine’s Day line-up, and it’s looking typically extravagant. Here are the new flavors you can expect to see.
Crumbl Cookie Valentine’s Day menu:
Dubai Strawberry Brownie
This treat takes a classic brownie base, layers on kataifi and pistachio cream, and then tops everything with milk chocolate. The chocolate’s then studded with strawberries, and a drizzle of pistachio cream finishes things off. Crumbl has only just dropped a Dubai chocolate cookie in its weekly line-up, and it looks like they’re banking on people still being into this flavor come February.
Strawberry Heart Cake
Perhaps the most romantic of its new flavors, this heart-shaped cake will incorporate Crumbl’s house-made strawberry jam into a strawberry base and a strawberry cream cheese topping (yes, we know we said “strawberry” three times in that sentence). This one’s as much about its appearance as its flavor.
Valentine’s Cookie
The closest thing Crumbl has to a regular cookie here, the Valentine’s Cookie takes regular cookie dough and studs it with M&M’s. The pink, white, and red candies in each cookie really do fit in with the general color scheme of the day, but aside from its appearance, there’s nothing particularly Valentine’s-y about it. We bet it tastes good, though.
Valentine Celebration Cake Cookie
The second of Crumbl’s Valentine’s-focused cookies, this treat is a cake batter explosion. A cake batter cookie topped with cake batter cream cheese frosting, it’s offset by the heart sprinkles on top, which give it a nice pop of sugariness.
Salted Caramel Cheesecake Cookie
Do you expect anything else from Crumbl than a cheesecake-flavored cookie? We didn’t think so. This cookie tops a graham cracker cookie (with added graham cracker crumbs) with cheesecake frosting and caramel, and finishes it off with a sprinkle of sea salt.
Conversation Hearts Pink Sugar Cookie
No need to say “I love you” this year, let this cookie do it for you. The Conversation Hearts Pink Sugar Cookie crowns an almond sugar cookie with pink almond frosting, and then studs it with a conversation hearts topper. Xoxo, Crumbl.
When Are the Valentine’s Day Crumbl Cookies Available?
Crumbl’s new menu is set to drop on February 9 and will be available through Valentine’s Day. Put in your preorder, though, so you don’t miss out. You can pick up all of the other new Valentine’s Day candies while you wait for these to hit stores.
