Round Table’s New Nashville Hot Pizza Features an Unusual Topping

If you haven’t tried Nashville Hot sauce, yeah… it’s definitely “hot.”

Round Table Pizza, the chain that describes itself as “Pizza Royalty,” has found a new way to combine hot wings and pizza… mainly by slapping a bunch of hot wings on a pizza. Not that I’m complaining.

And that’s what they’re doing as part of their new Nashville Hot Menu, a limited-time offering that’s available through August 30th.

What’s on this new Nashville Hot Pizza from Round Table?

A lot! It’s described as being covered in a “creamy garlic sauce, a three-cheese blend, crispy pickles, green onions, and a drizzle of Nashville hot sauce.” But the real draw are the boneless wings, which are also tossed in Nashville hot sauce. If you’ve never had Nashville hot sauce, it’s a thick sauce made with cayenne pepper, garlic, and brown sugar. It’s not far off from Buffalo sauce, but spicier and with just a hint of sweetness from the brown sugar.

What else is on the “Nashville Hot” menu?

Round Table is also offering Nashville Hot Wings, which are your standard bone-in chicken wings covered in Nashville hot sauce, with a side of dipping sauce. And they’ve also got Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks, which feature a cheesy interior with that same Nashville hot sauce, also served with a dipping sauce.
