Feeding friends and family at a Memorial Day BBQ can really add up. That’s why we’ve got to head to our trusty budget-friendly grocery store, Aldi, to fill up our pantry for the occasion. The best thing about Aldi is that it’s not just a budget grocery store. They actually put out some fresh and good flavors to boot. Seriously, if you’re shopping at Aldi for your Memorial Day BBQ you’re going to really impress some people. And isn’t that what a day of watching over a grill is all about?

Park Street Deli Original Potato Salad
Aldi has one of Sporked’s favorite potato salads, Park Street Deli’s original. This well-seasoned mayo-y potato salad has some solid potatoes (something we found to be underrated). It’s a great deal that’ll go a long way at filling up your Memorial Day BBQ goers.
Original Clancy’s Potato Chips
Two “original” products back to back. But original/plain doesn’t mean bland. Aldi’s definitely here to prove that. Clancy’s original potato chips have a wonderful greasy, salty, potato-y flavor that we absolutely love. They’re also sturdy to hold up to any dip you throw their way at your Memorial Day BBQ.
Summit Cola
I get it. You got ahead of yourself when you were inviting people to your Memorial Day BBQ. Does Doug from accounting really need to be there? No, but you overheard him bragging about his grilling skills and wanted to show him up. He’s not going to pay his way though. That’s on you. Aldi’s here to save your butt. A 24-pack of Coca-Cola is too dang expensive. Get Aldi’s brand, Summit, instead to save a few dollars.
Reggano Ranch and Bacon Pasta Salad Kit
A BBQ staple. No Memorial Day BBQ would be complete without a pasta salad. This ranch and bacon pasta salad kit from Aldi has it all. Pasta? Check. Seasoning? You bet. It’s also got dehydrated peas and carrots to add a little extra at no added prep time. You simply love to see it.
Two-Ingredient Aldi Cheesecake
Okay, so this one’s cheating a smidge but then again, I’m never one to do things by the book. Sporked recently covered the viral two-ingredient cheesecake from Aldi a few months ago and it’s the perfect thing to whip together for your Memorial Day BBQ. Grab Aldi’s Benton’s Lemon Cookie Thins and its Emporium Selection Blueberry Vanilla Flavored Goat Cheese Log. Spread the cheese on the cookie and voila, you’ve got yourself an easy dessert.
