Sorry to everyone who thought that summer wasn’t until June. It’s actually this week! According to Costco, that is. They’re filling their aisles with tons of summery foods and I’m here for it. The weather’s nice(r), days are long(er), and I’m hungry(ier) for some eats to properly celebrate! These are the new foods that Costco has to offer that are perfect for the summer months ahead.

Kirkland Signature Beef Ragu With Gnocchi
We already covered the news on the latest addition to Costco’s take-and-bake section, but of course it has to make it into our haul for the week. Though it comes out to about $25 per tray, people are really loving Costco’s beef ragu with gnocchi. It’ll sure fill you up; you can count on that.
Young Ridge Brisket Blend Smash Burgers
Frozen smash burgers are a funny concept to me. Do I need to smash them down myself? The answer is apparently no. You can just cook them up like a normal burger patty; they’re just a little smooshed right out of the freezer. Either way, $24 for 4 lbs of blended brisket and ground beef from Costco is a pretty good deal. Incredibly so, considering they’re on sale for $5 cheaper at the time of this writing!
Chosen Foods Burger Sauce
Well of course, we need a sauce for our smash burgers. Chosen Foods’s burger sauce has made its way to Costco and it’s perfect for the job. It’s sweet and tangy and made with pure avocado oil to get a good fat into the mix. This is a Costco-sized serving after all, so when you’re sick of burgers, throw it onto chicken, fries, or hot dogs.
Loveats Grilled Olives
Burgers, burger sauce, now grilled olives. Costco really came out this week to declare that summer is here! Welcome the new season with Loveats grilled olives that deliver smoky goodness with each pop. Eat them on their own, add to a charcuterie board, or whip something up that’ll deliver some heavy Mediterranean vibes.
ParmCrisps Ranch Snack Mix
This mix has it all – cheese crisps to deliver a punch of flavor, nuts to fill you up, and a heavy powdering of ranch seasoning that’ll impress all the Midwesterners out there. This 12 pack from Costco comes pre-portioned so you don’t have to mess with Ziploc bags or scramble to get a snack into your bag before you head out the door.
Kit Kat Ice Cream Bars
We gotta cool ourselves off somehow! Kit Kat’s released an ice cream bar that’s inspired by their iconic chocolate bar. This vanilla ice cream bar has swirled chocolate fudge inside with bits of the Kit Kat wafer in the outer chocolate coating. Cool off by the pool with one or suck on it when your AC inevitably breaks down from working too hard.
