Longtime Sporked readers may know I have a history with Red Bull. I break the news of their upcoming flavors, they tighten up their internal processes so news takes longer to get through the grapevine, I still break the news of their upcoming flavors, repeat. It’s a good system! Today, we’re in the “break the news” part of that cycle with a development I have been hoping to hear for months now. A fan-favorite Red Bull flavor will be back in our lives before we know it.

Which Red Bull flavor is returning to shelves later this year?
Per our sources, Red Bull Winter Edition 2025: Fuji Apple & Ginger will return to shelves as Red Bull Apple Edition. Today’s news is about the American return of this flavor, but Red Bull Fuji Apple & Ginger won’t be exclusive to the U.S. market. Red Bull U.K. announced the return of this particular flavor all the way back in March. British Red Bull developments don’t always translate to identical launches in America, but they line up more often than not. Fans of this year’s Red Bull Spring Edition: Cherry Sakura flavor should pray for another international alignment, since Red Bull U.K. announced earlier this month that the floral flavor is back for good as well.
Given that the Red Bull Fuji Apple & Ginger can design features a brand-first gradient, it’s not surprising that it isn’t returning with a basic color-based name. Between the Apple, Coconut, and Ice Editions, the color naming scheme is practically falling by the wayside… especially when you consider that one of those classic color-based editions may be leaving to make room for this grand return. (Stay tuned for more developments on that front.)
When is Red Bull Apple Edition hitting stores?
The calendar I’ve gotten a sneak peek of suggests that Red Bull Apple Edition will return to shelves at the very end of August, meaning it should be available anywhere large varieties of Red Bull are sold by mid-September at the latest. I have also heard Red Bull Apple Edition will be sold in both full sugar and Sugarfree formats. Will you be stocking up on this Red Bull variant when it returns this fall? Which long-lost Red Bull do you want to see back in stores for another run? Let me know in the comments.
