The sweetest day of the year (and one of my personal favorite holidays) is coming up on Friday. That’s right―National Donut Day! Okay, so maybe it’s not a real holiday. But we’ve got deals and that’s always worth it. There’s no wrong way to celebrate such an occasion, but there is one completely right way to do it. Get a free donut! Where can one do that? Well, I guess you probably know by now, but in case you’re lagging behind―it’s Krispy Kreme!

Krispy Kreme’s whole thing is free donuts. If you time it right, you can walk right in and they’ll just hand you an original glazed donut right off the conveyor belt. This Friday marks something special that sets it apart from any other ol’ day at Krispy Kreme. You get to choose which donut you get for free!

You can certainly still ask for an iconic original glazed or a classic like their strawberry iced donut with sprinkles. Or, hear us out, you can take a risk and try something new―it’s free, after all. Krispy Kreme is here to serve you and your desires this National Donut Day. Known for flavors that people come back to year after year, they want to show off all they have to offer this Friday!

Every Krispy Kreme Deal This National Donut Day

Krispy Kreme is also offering more deals. On Friday, guests can also enjoy a dozen original glazed doughnuts for just $2 with the purchase of any dozen. This deal is available in shop and via the drive-thru at participating locations.

We’re big fans of Krispy Kreme here at Sporked. We’ve covered many, many, many of their limited time releases, including movie collaborations and seasonal new flavors. They’re working with some good flavors over there at Krispy Kreme.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m thankful for the chance to walk into a Krispy Kreme on any given day and get a free original glazed. But the excitement I have for the chance to get one of the premium flavors for free is immeasurable! Personally, I’m going to snag an Oreo cookies-and-kreme filled donut the second the clock strikes midnight. The only question is if they’ll catch me if I come back later in the day for more? I’m willing to put it to the test to find out.
