Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. More importantly, it’s my favorite meal of the day. I’m also incredibly lazy when it comes to food. The more convenient, the better. Which makes me incredibly qualified for the task of finding easy breakfast ideas from Costco. If you’re in need of cutting down time in the morning but still feeling satisfied, I’ve got the list for you. Here are five easy breakfast ideas that I think you should be stocking up on at Costco.

Kirkland Signature Croissant Breakfast Sandwich

A breakfast sandwich feels essential for a list like this. There’s no simpler breakfast that still feels complete. You get applewood smoked bacon, a nice round egg, and a slice of American cheese sandwiched between two spiral butter croissants. It’s the exact breakfast you’d expect to see laid out on a plate that a kid in a Disney movie takes one bite of before rushing out the door. All in one convenient sandwich straight from Costco!

Krusteaz Complete Buttermilk Pancake Mix

Boxed, or in this case bagged, pancake mix is the ultimate middle ground for an easy breakfast. You save time from having to make pancake batter from scratch, but you’re also doing a little bit of cooking so it feels authentic. And you can still burn your pancakes for the real experience! Maybe that’s just a me problem. Either way, Krusteaz’s pancake mix from Costco is also a hell of a deal. $10 for 10 pounds of pancake mix. Wow, that’s hard to beat!

Kirkland Signature Uncured Bacon and Gouda Egg Bites

Starbucks egg bites are iconic and thus Costco’s Kirkland Signature egg bite dupes are also iconic. It’s easy to throw on an order of egg bites with your morning coffee, but that really adds up! Grab this dupe from Costco instead to pop in the air fryer while you’re getting dressed for an easy breakfast on the go.

Seven Sundays Real Cocoa Sunflower Cereal

Cereal is quite possibly the most popular and the easiest breakfast you can put together. Maybe I’m just biased considering I was raised on cereal. Every morning before school started with a bowl of Lucky Charms. While I’ve moved past that life, I still hold it as a foundation to easy living. Costco has a lot of cereal options. It feels necessary to evolve with the times and grab a smarter cereal option. Seven Sundays’ cereal is gluten free and has no refined sugar, so you’ll feel better starting your day off with it as an option.

Smash Bites SunButter Blueberry & Strawberry Snack Bites Variety Pack

Maybe I’m crazy by including these protein bites in our ideas for easy breakfast options. I’ll admit that they can easily be argued against as a breakfast food. I really can’t get past them as passable for our needs, though. Everything on this list so far is messy in some capacity. I wanted something you could truly grab on your way out the door and not worry about spilling on your formal clothes. A protein bar seemed too bland—but protein bites filled with whole ingredients that excite you but won’t spill everywhere seem like the perfect grab from Costco.
