Wow. I’ve not seen something quite so bold yet also fall incredibly short in quite some time. It’s no secret that McDonald’s is an incredibly successful corporation. So it’s nice to see them give back in some way. It’s just that they really could have given a few more people access to the value meal that they’re bringing us on Friday.

Score A Deal For $2.99
For those fans who aren’t in Boston, Chicago, or Seattle we’ll also get a chance to get a piece of the McValue. McDonald’s will be dropping a limited number of McValue Packs online. They’ll be available for $2.99 on Friday, July 24th at 9:00AM ET at a one per person limit, while supplies last. Fans who are able to purchase the bag will also receive a $10 Arch Card.
I’m thankful that McDonald’s is giving others who aren’t around for the in-person promo to get a chance at a little piece of the pie. I’m just incredibly doubtful that a promo this good is going to 1) go smoothly and 2) have enough to go around. I am prepared to eat my words but based on the ferocity that people usually have around deals like this, I am headed into it fully skeptical.
Three Cities Scored A Free McValue Pack
The online promo for the McValue Packs online also coincided with an in-person drop. McDonald’s popped up at franchise locations nearest to three iconic stadiums in Boston, Chicago, and Seattle for one day on July 22nd. Lucky fans scored a free McValue Pack filled with McValue favorites. Specifically, they came with a McDouble, a McChicken, and a 4-piece chicken McNuggets in a nifty clear bag. A clear bag of course, designed for fans to be able to bring their new items into the nearby stadiums.
McValue Menu Every Day
While the in-person and online drops may be a little shaky, at least we get to take advantage of the McValue Menu every day. As a part of the McValue Menu, at breakfast you can grab a Sausage McMuffin, Sausage Biscuit, or Sausage Burrito for under $3. Their Hash Browns and a medium McCafé Premium Roast Coffee will also be at or below the $3 price point.
If you want to bundle things together, you can bump your order up to $4 but get a Sausage McMuffin or Sausage Biscuit with a Hash Brown and a small McCafé Coffee.
Once things shift to lunch and dinner, you’re able to get a McChicken, McDouble, Chicken McNuggets in a 4-piece portion or a small fry back at the $3 price. Dinner also gets the same treatment as breakfast for those who want to bundle and save. From the McValue Menu, you can grab a McChicken Meal Deal for $5 or a McDouble Meal Deal for $6. Both meals come with a 4-pack of McNuggets, a small fries, and a small drink.
