Costco shoppers always have their eyes trained on new arrivals, because they can quickly become fresh favorites. And if there’s one place that always has the scoop on what’s fresh in-store, it’s Reddit.

Reddit shoppers are quick to find what’s just arrived at Costco warehouses across the U.S. (and even internationally), and right now, they’re raving about some sweet and savory brand-new additions—plus a returning favorite that’s finally been restocked. They’ve not only spotted these newcomers, but also gotten the chance to try them firsthand. So, here’s what we’re putting on our lists for this week’s Costco shopping trip thanks to Reddit’s intel.

Kirkland Signature Marshmallow Crispy Cookie

If you’re a fan of Costco’s soft and always satisfying cookie selection, Reddit spotted a newcomer that you’ve got to try: the Kirkland Signature Marshmallow Crispy Cookie.

Made with flavor-enhancing brown butter, gooey pieces of marshmallow, and a little crunch thanks to perfectly-crispy baked cookie dough. If you love a Rice Crispy treat, these will satisfy that same flavor profile, but with a bit of a denser feel.

Solid in a 24-pack, this new Costco cookie is so good, Reddit users say they can’t keep them in the house… because they’ll disappear in one sitting. In fact, they’re so delicious, you might be tempted to crack open the container while you’re waiting in the always-long checkout line. Reddit users recommend air frying the cookies for an even better bite—or turning them into ice cream sandwiches if you really want to level up your dessert.

Irvin’s Salted Egg Seaweed Crisps

Each supersized bag of Irvin’s Salted Egg Seaweed Crisps is emblazoned with the phrase “Dangerously Addictive,” and according to Reddit, you’re absolutely going to have a hard time putting this snackable item down. Your usual potato chips are going to take a backseat here once these get in your Costco cart because they pack a bigger flavor punch and a very satisfying crunch.

Reddit users who’ve grabbed bags of this new arrival at their local Costco stores call these crisps “insanely good” and that “there’s no moderation, only addiction” to describe just how easy it is to crunch your way through an entire bag.

The star of the show here, beyond the crunchy chip-like design of these crisps, is the umami flavor profile. They’re salty like any good chip, but made with seaweed as their base and a savory egg-inspired coating. If you’re a fan of seaweed chips in general, there’ll be no way other varieties can live up after you’ve tried this irresistible flavor variation (although Irvin’s salmon-flavored version, which isn’t available at Costco, is a great alternative).

Mini Beignets Filled With Chocolate Hazelnut

There’s another superstar that just arrived in Costco’s bakery and it’s this 22-pack of pint-sized beignets stuffed with ooey, gooey, and oh-so-decadent chocolate hazelnut filling.

These perfectly snackable mini beignets are made fresh, and they’re just the right size to pop into your mouth when those pastry cravings hit. Dusted with a healthy coating of powdered sugar (like any good beignet) and a bit like a doughnut in their taste and texture, these are obsession-worthy, according to Reddit users who’ve grabbed them in-store.

Pro tip: make sure you pick up a fresh batch and freeze them before they go stale on your counter. Reddit users say they’re exceptional when heated up in an air fryer or the oven, but you don’t want to let them dry out. Otherwise, you’ll miss out on the “amazing” taste that some say they have no self-control over—and don’t be surprised if you wind up working your way through half the box in no time.

Kirkland Signature Protein Bars

Technically, these aren’t a newcomer at Costco but rather a returning favorite product. But you don’t want to overlook them if you’re in the market for a satisfying snack or protein-packed bar.

According to Reddit users, they’re not a candy-like granola bar, but rather a great nutrition-focused pick that tastes better than most of your typical protein-rich picks—they feature up to 22 grams of protein per bar, plus 10 to 11 grams of fiber. Reddit recommends the Chocolate Peanut Butter Chunk variety above the Cookies and Cream, but those who love the former say it’s a worthwhile investment.

Another reason these protein bars are worthy trying during your next Costco trip? The price per bar is about $1.25, which is considerably less than high-end protein bars that can top $2 or $3 per serving. Even if the flavor isn’t completely your jam, the price point might just make it a staple in your pantry.
