Plenty of restaurants are offering limited-time deals and discounts on lemonade in celebration of National Lemonade Day. So, make plans to hit up at least one of these spots to make your Thursday a little sweeter (and save some money!).

Applebee’s

Head to Applebee’s to celebrate National Lemonade Day and you can try out a newly-introduced drink. The restaurant chain has added the Lemon Berry Sunshine, a lemonade-based beverage that’s mixed with blue raspberry and lemon sour, then topped off with whipped cream.

The Lemon Berry Sunshine is more than a mere lemonade, though. It’s the centerpiece of Applebee’s 2026 fundraiser for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, an organization that supports childhood cancer research and families affected by pediatric cancer. 

You can try the Lemon Berry Sunshine from August 20th through August 30th. While you won’t save any money off the price of this summery sip, Applebee’s will donate $0.50 of each one ordered to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. So, you’ll get a great lemonade and put your money towards a good cause.

Hot Dog on a Stick

Is there a better place to head for National Lemonade Day than a fast food chain known for its frosty, fresh-made lemonade? Hot Dog on a Stick has a deal you’re going to want to grab.

On August 20th, Hot Dog on a Stick locations are celebrating the classically sweet-yet-tart drink by offering a 16-ounce Original Fresh Hand-Stomped Lemonade for just 80 cents with the purchase of any Original Hot Dog on a Stick or Cheese on a Stick.

Head into your local Shake Shack to celebrate National Lemonade Day, and you can score a free small lemonade. And who wouldn’t want a cup of ice-cold, freshly-mixed lemonade made from real lemon juice and cane sugar?
