Bakeful Is Launching 3 New Fall Snacks At Target

Fall has officially reached the mini muffin aisle.

Bakeful has launched three new limited-edition snacks for the season: Maple Mini Donuts, Pumpkin Spice Mini Muffins, and Apple Cider Mini Muffins.

Rather than making one fall flavor for one product and calling it a day, Bakeful has split the lineup between two of its snack brands. Donutful gets the maple treatment, while Muffinful gets both pumpkin spice and apple cider.

So, whether you’re more of a mini donut or mini muffin person, there’s something involved here.

All three are available now at Target, Amazon, and H-E-B for a limited time.

Bakeful Has Three New Fall Flavors

First up are the Donutful Maple Mini Donuts. They’re baked, cake-style donuts covered in a buttery maple glaze and come individually wrapped in packs of two.

Bakeful describes them as bringing “pancake breakfast vibes” to snack time, which makes sense. Take away the frying pan and replace the maple syrup with maple glaze and breakfast has become considerably more portable.

Each box comes with five packs, for 10 mini donuts altogether.

The Muffinful Pumpkin Spice Mini Muffins come four to a pack, with five packs in each box. They’re Bakeful’s take on the flavor that returns to coffee shops, bakeries, grocery stores, and just about everywhere else as soon as fall rolls around.

Then there are the Muffinful Apple Cider Mini Muffins. These are made with real apple pieces and cinnamon and also come four to a pack.

Of the three, they’re the ones that sound most like something you’d find at an apple orchard gift shop after paying an unreasonable amount of money to pick your own apples.

Here, at least, you don’t have to do any agricultural labor first.

All three are individually wrapped, which means they’re clearly designed for lunchboxes, desk drawers, or anywhere else a full-sized maple-glazed donut might be slightly inconvenient. It also saves you from opening an entire box of mini muffins when you only wanted a few, which has never ended particularly well for me.

They’re Only Around For Fall

Bakeful’s three new flavors are available now at Target, Amazon, and H-E-B, although availability varies by store. The company hasn’t said exactly when they’ll disappear, only that they’re limited editions for fall.

All three are made without artificial preservatives or colors, and Bakeful says they contain 25% less sugar than traditional mini donuts and muffins.

So, Bakeful has managed to get maple donuts, pumpkin spice, and apple cider into individually wrapped snack packs in time for fall.

The only real decision is whether you’re buying 10 tiny donuts or 20 tiny muffins. Or ignoring the decision entirely and getting all three. They are limited-edition, after all.
