If you’re craving a fall twist to your usual morning coffee this of the year, I don’t blame you. It’s pumpkin spice season, after all — but pumpkin isn’t the only flavor you have to reach for to add a little extra flavor to lattes, ice coffee, and more. And while apple is a decent stand-in, there are now more creamer and milk flavors to choose from than ever.

So, don’t settle for a simple creamer or flavor-infused milk like basic vanilla or all-too-trendy pumpkin spice. I’ve rounded up some of the wildest coffee creamers you can get your hands on this fall, and they’re surprisingly delicious.

Oatly’s Popcorn Barista Oatmilk

Okay, this is perhaps the wildest coffee creamer or milk flavor I’ve ever encountered. Savory, salty buttered popcorn isn’t exactly a flavor that marries well with bold coffee — at least, that’s what my brain told me when I first discovered Oatly’s new Popcorn Barista Oatmilk. But trust me on this one: It’s a surprisingly tasty combo.

If you don’t love creamers and coffee-based drinks that lean sweet, Popcorn Oatmilk might be right up your alley. It’s an oat milk-based addition (so no worries here if regular ol’ dairy isn’t your jam) that’s earthy, savory, and even a touch salty. Yes, it tastes buttery, but if you love the flavor of buttered popcorn or were ever the kind of person who added butter to your black coffee, this oat milk delivers. I find it’s particularly rich-tasting when added to cold brew or iced lattes (and don’t worry, it’s not overpowering).

Califia Farms Horchata Almond Creamer

Califia Farms is always a sure bet, at least in my opinion. And while I usually stay away from seasonal flavors when it comes to almond milk-based creamer (vanilla is always my go-to), the new Horchata option convinced me to branch out. And frankly, there’s really no better fall coffee addition than a horchata-inspired creamer.

Horchata is naturally a fall-leaning drink thanks its warm, autumnal combination of cinnamon and vanilla. And Califia Farms now has a coffee creamer that takes those flavors and adds a light touch of spice to your coffees hot and cold. It’s cozy enough to make you want to curl up on the couch under a blanket, and the thickness of the creamer is just right. In fact, I’d argue that it’s so good it can transcend seasons and stick around all year long.

International Delight Apple Butter Coffee Cake Creamer

Apple butter is a fall staple, and now you can add a touch of its flavor — plus a little bit of that rich, classic coffee cake taste — right into your morning latte or afternoon iced coffee. If you like coffee creamers that pack a punch and take your beverages from boring to highly flavorful, I recommend adding a splash of International Delight’s new Apple Butter Coffee Cake Creamer. Yes, it sounds like a whole dessert, but it’s one wild fall flavor that sweets fans should love.

The Apple Butter Coffee Cake Creamer takes the iconic apple butter flavor and makes it even richer and sweeter with a dose of buttery coffee cake added into the mix. It’s autumnal and yet fresh, and it’s not highly fruity, according to those who’ve tried it. For a little more spice, you can try adding it to a hot chai latte — or add a sprinkle of cinnamon yourself for hot cups of coffee.

Oatly’s Churro Barista Oatmilk

Lastly, churros might be a year-round treat and not the first thing you think about dunking in a cup of coffee. But if you’ve ever enjoyed a warm churro paired with coffee, you already know the flavors can compliment each other nicely — and the new Oatly Churro Barista Oatmilk is here to make that combination easy to create at home, no actual churros required.

True to the cinnamon and sugar sprinkled over any good churro, this new oat-based coffee creamer adds the cinnamon that makes fall drinks so nicely spiced. Plus, it lends iced and hot drinks the taste of a doughy, sweet, and slightly toasty churro without overwhelming your drink’s natural flavor, making it an easy addition to not only plain black coffee but also lattes, smoothies, and even overnight oats, if you want to put your “creamer” to use in more ways than your AM drinks.
